I will also check your layout to make sure everything is even and isn't poking out. I will check that your colour sceme is very nice and not too bright.
Content & Quality: ??/35 I make sure you have enough content and also I will check the qualilty of your work. Noone wants ugly websites.

Layout & CSS: 24/25 Your layout on the first page is good, all pixels match up and the colour sceme looks good but the welcome banner isnt centered so I recommend you use the center tag here. Also on the 'request page' the colour used for 'requests are open' doesnt match the rest of your colour sceme. I recommend you change this and also the font used because it doesnt fit in. -0.5 points for colours used. As I said before be sure to check all fonts you have used to make sure they fit in with your layout -0.5 points for fonts used. Your site works in both IE and FF
Content & Quality: 31.5/35 Your site doesn't have much content yet but I know this is because you have a new site -3 points for content . With the quick review I recommend you start with the pros instead of cons. With all your reviews try to be a bit less blunt. -0.5 points The quality of your site is really good and you obviously have great things to come.
Neatness & Organization: 15/15 The organization of your site is very good. -0 points
Creativity: 5/5 You have obviously been very creative with your site and it is very orginal -0 points
Link Buttons: 3/5 You have good buttons however two of your 'reviewed at 72 Volts' have been deleted. I recommend that you save them yourself like I do because then you have complete control over what happens to your buttons -2 points for missing buttons. Also I would recommend giving word credit instead of just putting a link
Revisit: 5/5 Your site is definatly a site to come back to.

Layout & CSS: 21/25 Your site looks fine in IE but as I mentioned before it doesnt work as well in FF so I recommend that you say that this site is best viewed in IE however I am not going to take any points away for this as you cannot help this. Your layout is very neat and nothing is poking out. However, your background doesnt really match with your picture and so I would recommend a solid colour maybe in a blue or something. -4 points for random bg. Except for that the colour sceme is good.
Content & Quality: 34/35 I like the way that you have an archive of the reviews you have done. I however I know that you havent been open for that long and so this shows in the amount of reviews you have done. -0.5 points for content The quality of your site is absoutely amazing. The way that you manage to write so much about a site. One thing I would question is the point of having a featured site as you are running a review site not a directory so I would recommend for you to remove this part of your site as there isnt a points to it -0.5 points maybe you could replace it with the highest scorer this week or something like that, that has to do with your site.
Neatness & Organization: 13.5/15 Your site is very neat however I would recommend that you put your link back buttons with your sitely as many other sites do. This will also solve the little problem with the layout in FF. -1 point Your site is fairly easy to navigate however there are just some pages where I think that you are just repeating yourself. -0.5 points There are also other pages like the up-coming review sites that I personally think should be on a directory not a review site. Link Buttons: 2/5 You have an awful lot of Link Buttons and for some of them the same image was used. -2 points for too many buttons I recommend that you sort through your buttons and only have a few as at the moment you have 15 and not all of them are quality buttons -1 point for not enough quality buttons
