Why I chose an acko for the award:
Like you really care. But for the few people out there who do, I'll tell you. When I first joined neopets I never really knew about petpets at all. But I finally gathered my couraged and asked an experienced neopets player. I really wish I knew who that was, but I've longed forgotton. But anyways, after that I decided I wanted one for each of my pets. Back then I was in a Neopets-related guild with a really awesome leader who helped me out soo much! There was a guild contest going on for a grey cirrus. I loved the gray cirrus so I tried so hard to win it, but before the contest was over the guild closed. *tear* I was really sad. But before it closed the owner of the guild gave me the gray cirrus! So it has been attatched to my neopet, Aries5mars, ever since. I really love dinosaurs, so after the guild closed I really didn't want to join another one for a bit. I knew eventually I was going to, but not for awhile. I was kinda sad about the first one. But I was searching around on the trading posts for my adopted acara named kyl3neo and saw an acko and thought it was the cutest one ever! (Don't get the wrong idea, I still love my grey cirrus and will probably start another award with the grey cirrus for something else) But I saw it was retired and costs 110,000nps. Wow! That was way too much for someone of my experience. So I just figured I'm never going to get it. I saved up for a pinklet for kyl3neo and had to paint it blue since pinklet and kyl3neo had the same number of letters. This was back when blue petpet paintbrushes were only 20,000nps also! But then on the Wheel of Excitement I won a prize- a sinsis sword! Even though I like to battle with Aries5mars, I decided to sell it. 110,000nps was an amount I couldn't refuse. So I sold it and realized 'OMG, I can get an acko now!'. So I bidded 105,000nps on an acko in trades and it was accepted! It was one of the happiest days of my life- lol, well, my neopian life. The reason it is soo special is because it was a long-term goal of mine and it was finally achieved and I thought it would never happen! So, have faith. Right now I'm trying for a Blade of Fire and Ice. Wish me luck!

Who Kiyone is:
I'm kiyone, or moonxdragon, and I'm a fairly sucessful neopian who enjoys neopets and helping out other neopians that deserve it. Think of me as a republican neopian. I love even more to give people with great petpages awards. Petpages are wonderful and awesome to look at. And someone who puts in that much time to make their page look nice deserves something for thier hard work. That's why I give out this award.

A few things. This award focuses on creativity and use of HTML, since I'm a big HTML expert myself. Here's the check-off list.

Must have most:
• A story behind their neopet
• A petpet that is mentioned
• Extended use of HTML knowledge
• Something creative- like books read or their favorite games
• You're own kind of art. I don't want to see the neopets-selected background. Do your own graphics!
• Music is a bonus- but, of course, not needed
• Links to other good petpages
• NO broken images
• NO grammer mistakes (for example- you=u, are=r)
• And you MUST neomail me.
