Tiny's Corner

Seekers IDs

As you look around the Seekers' Library, you spy a little Kacheek sitting in a corner of the room. Looking up from her book, she catches your eye and beckons you to come over.

Hi there, I'm Katie – she proclaims with a grin on her face.

Nice to meet you Katie, – you reply. And who's this sitting next to you? – you ask, gesturing to the large, metal robot plugged into the wall.

That's Tiny. I can wake him up if you'd like. – she answers.

Before you have a chance to respond, Katie flicks a switch on the robot's casing, and he begins to sputter and whir.

I designed Tiny myself, – Katie chatters excitedly. Well, not all by myself, – she admits. I had a little bit of help.

Now powered up, Tiny begins to emit a quiet hum.

Tiny does all sorts of things for me, – Katie explains. He can reach and sort books all the way on the top shelf, fight bad guys and even sing!

He can sing? – you ask, incredulously.

Well, sort of. It's more a series of beeps, – she says. Tiny uses up a lot of power though, so most of the time I have him plugged into this corner to recharge. Most days, I get him to make Library IDs when he's here refilling his power cells. Do you have a Library ID? – she asks, tilting her head to the side.

No actually, I don't, – you respond, abashedly. What kind of IDs does Tiny make? – you ask, with a puzzled look on your face.

Here, I'll show you an example, – says Katie, pulling out a binder from the bottom shelf of a bookcase next to Tiny. Inside, you see there are plastic card holders. Katie carefully removes two of the cards from their holders.
This is a basic ID template, to show you what Tiny can do, – she says, holding out the laminated cards for you to examine.

These are very nice, – you say, handing the cards back to her. But what do all the letters on the front of the card mean?

They're to show what topics you take a special interest in, says Katie.
Even though we're all Seekers, not all of us like the same things. With the letters on the front, you can easily display what your interests are.

She reaches into the back of the binder and pulls out a carefully folded sheet. Smoothing out the creases, she hands you the page.

  • Special Codes

  • BAT - This means Battler. Add this to your card if you are alright with other Seekers coming to you for battledome advice.
  • NPS - This means Neopoint collector. Add this if you are willing to have other members come to you for advice on how to make NPs. (Begging will not be tolerated.)
  • CRE - This means creative. Add this if you have some creative tallent that you would be willing to have the guild put to use.
  • WIS - Think very carefully about this one. It means wise. Smart is different from wise, and wisdom is a gift that normally takes a long time to develop, or many years of struggling constantly, as well as a heck of a lot of reading to obtain. If this is added to your card it means others can come to you for real life advice.

  • That makes sense, – you say, taking care to fold the paper back up along it's creases. So how do I go about requesting an ID?

Simple, – says Katie, as she holds out a blank form. Just fill out this form and you'll be neomailed when your ID is ready. Then you can just come back here and pick it up. I sort the IDs according to the first letter of your Username. So for example, my ID would be found in the binder marked K—O.

    User Picture:

Please select a picture starting with http://images.neopets.com/ that is at least 200x200 pixels for the top corner.

When selecting a user picture, it is best to use that of an actual character or neopet, rather than an object. Selecting a lesser known character is strongly recommended; the ID image should represent you, not someone else.

Resizing and cropping can be requested as well, but please be specific. Some good place to find images can be found are or the Caption Contest Archive.

    Icon:

Please select a picture starting with http://images.neopets.com/ that is between 80x80 pixels and 100x100 pixels for use in the lower left corner of the ID.

This is the typical size of a normal item icon. If you would like to see every item on neopets, even those that are still unreleased, visit at items.jellyneo.net

    Codes:

Select up to 12 codes, both normal and special, from the above list for the front of your ID.

If you have an interest that is not listed here, or would like to see a specific code added, click here to request the new code. Your code request will then be processed promptly, and you will be notified in a neomail if the code is added.

    Neo Name:

Please make sure to include the name you would like other Seekers to use when addressing you. This can be your real name or a nickname.

    Style:

Currently the IDs come in three styles

    Promenade Red

    Earl Grey

    Luxurious Purple

Please make sure to specify which version you would prefer.

Click here to fill out and submit the form and Tiny will process it as quickly as possible.
