You don't have to do anything special to have your lutari listed here. It's simply a listing for people to find other lutari owner's. Pretty soon I'll be adding "fan" graphics for both lutari and non-lutari owners. You can grab a banner for your pet if you like, but it's not necessary.
Last Worked on - April 21st, Cleaned up Blue Lutari section.
April 19th, Added a bunch of new Lutari. And of course a newest colors!
December 9th, Added 4 more Lutari and one new Affiliate.
October 31st, 3 Lutari added.

How do I get a Lutari?
You can get one through the Secret Laboratory, or you can create one when they are released. You can also get one through Neopets Mobile (only available on Cingular for the moment). You can sign up for Neopets Mobile Here.
When will they release Lutaris?
No one knows except for The Neopets Team (TNT). Perhaps they will release some more next year on lutari day? No one knows for sure. Just keep checking the news every day.
Are there any Lutari potions?
There are none that I know of yet.
Can I get a Lutari from the pound?
Not that I know of. They run away when they're put in the pound. See for yourself: phoenx_flames

How do I get to Lutari Island?
You need to subscribe to Neopets Mobile. You MUST be a Cingular customer for right now. It says that other cell phone carriers will be added later.
What is a Lutari Talisman?
It's a talisman that everyone in Neopia has. They're a place to keep your Lutari Beads. As you collect the beads you supposedly have more luck.
What does the Lutari Talisman do?
If you add Lutari Beads it can increase your game scores or lower shop prices randomly.
What are Lutari Beads?
They go onto your Lutari Talisman. It says they bring good luck when they're added to the Talisman. Possibly more Random Events?
What Kinds of Lutari Beads are there?
They come in four different Colors: Red, Yellow, Green, and Blue. There are five different styles. They are:
