June 12th, 2007 at 8:20am (yes, intentionally above the rest of the updates) - A PATTERN HAS BEEN DISCOVERED. This pattern currently holds true for every main since the change/glitch. Please remember that this is just a theory, so although it's been accurate so far, it might not continue to hold true. Also, there is still a chance that this is just a weird glitch. Anyways, here is the pattern which was discovered by the fabulous Andrea:
Instead of 30 minutes intervals between mains, there are 28 minute intervals between mains. For example, if main goes at 8:49, the next main would be at 9:17.
Instead of 5 minute pends, there are 7 minute pends. For example, if the next main is at 9:17, we refresh at 9:17, 9:24, 9:31, 9:38, 9:45, etc until the kads go hungry/refresh again.
Here is my mini theory:
Firstly, you have to understand the "main loop". The loop is that every seven minutes is part of the times, even if main is pending. For example, if main goes at 8:49, the times of 8:56, 9:03, and 9:10 are still part of the loop even though main is not until 9:17. These times are not relevant for the main because main will not go then, but they ARE relevant to the mini. If a ub was fed at 8:39, add 28 minutes to that time which would be 9:07, then find the time in the loop that is CLOSEST to that time. This time is 9:10, which would be the next mini time. Then, like main, mini pends are 7 minutes so you would refresh at 9:10, 9:17, 9:24, 9:31, etc until the mini goes or merges with main.

June 13th, 2007 at 11:30pm - Because this change appears like it will last a while, there is no longer a need for a list of past main/mini times. Times will no longer be added after midnight tonight, unless there is a change in the system. If, for some reason, you are extremely weird and would like a list of all mains/minis for any specific day (or for every day), neomail me and I'll do my best to get you a list (after laughing at you, of course). (If you really have lost your mind and decide to neomail me about a list of times for a day over a week ago, sorry, but there's almost no chance that I'll have a list.)

June 11th, 2007 at 10:20pm NST - WE ARE NOT BACK ON THE NORMAL SYSTEM. Apparently it was just a coincidence that main went at 1s and 6s because main just went at 10:19. CONTINUE REFRESHING EVERY MINUTE FROM THE GIVEN TIME FOR MAIN
June 11th, 2007 at 9:45pm NST - A mini went at 9:44, so there's a very large chance we are NOT back on the normal 1/6 system, and that the previous mains were just coincidences.
June 11th, 2007 at 9:20pm NST - Three mains in a row have followed the previous 1 and 6 system, so I am 99% sure the kads have gone back to that system (and that this was just a glitch).
June 11th, 2007 at 8:45pm NST - Right now it appears the kads may be back to normal!!!!!!! This page will remain here for a short while longer just in case it isn't.
No, I don't have any intention of making this page look nice. (unless this goes on for a week or more without a pattern being discovered, at that point you may see a font color change)
There is currently either a glitch in when the kads go hungry, or the system changed.
At the current time we do not know what the pend system is (or if there is a 'system').
It is recommended that you refresh each minute starting at the given main time (which is thirty minutes after the previous main), although the accuracy of this isn't known.
The kads do appear to still be refreshing on the minute.
REMEMBER this may just be a glitch, or it may be reverting back to the one minute pend system... or there may be a new system entirely.

Just so everyone knows, the kads HAVE gone at times not ending in 1 or 6 before, but these -messed up- mains normally only last 1-3 mains.
