This guide will help players learn there way around Neopia.

This guide that also give you the daily puzzle answer and tells you whether Tarla is here or not.

This is another daily guide it also has games to make easy neopoints and other clicks.

New and easy to find your way around.

Graphics

This is a basic CSS, making it easier for you to personalize your pages.

This has tons of graphic sites (premade). It's definitely one of the best guides.

Another amazing guide to find premade CSS.

This tells you about NC items and wearables.

This has premade CSS (mostly neopets related).

This has pixels (like little envelopes that you can use to direct someone to neomail you and things of that sort).

Graphics, mostly neopets releated.

Has really colorful petpage layouts.

This site has shields for your lookup.

Has cool and inventive graphics.

Layouts of the old neopets tool bars.

Currently has 16 premade pet lookups and 7 premade user lookups. Tells you about some of the layouts and tells you how you can edit them.

Nice simple layouts. (My favorite are by far the flower lookups) Also has Banners, Signs, Icons, Stamps. Avatars, Drawings & Pixels and Shields.

Lemon Shack is just about to have it's grand opening. Slowly they will have more graphics, but I recommend there layouts the first layout they posted is really nice.

Banners and Buttons

Great banner site. Has a lot of premade "welcome" and "sorry were closed" banners.

Button page and has premade button bases for you to use.

Button page; has tons of borders from your buttons. (Will be open on the 20th).

Banner site. Mainly her portfolio contains off site images.

Great button request site with unusual bases for the buttons.

These are all the tutorials that can teach you CSS. Ideal for graphic coder newbies, like myself.

12/28/10 - Added two buttons made my myself. I am currently looking for a button site that I could make buttons for. If you know of a site I could make buttons for please neomail me.

12/22/10 - Added 5 new sites under various categories. I am currently still trying to fix the buttons that are messed up. Also added a scroll bar to my updates for them to take up less room on my page and added a extra welcome at the beginning. Thanks everyone for your patients.

12/18/10 - Happy Holidays everybody! I'm sorry I have not been able to get on recently but I will be on during my winter break. I added one new review site and one adoption site (adoption site in under the category 'other'). I am aware that my buttons made my Precious Jewels are not currently available but I am trying as hard as I can to contact the owner of the site and see if even though the site has either been moved or shut down (I can't find it) if I will still be able to use my buttons. Thanks for your time and patients and everyone who still uses my site! (:
