One you must read the RULES there aren't that many rules to follow.

1. Don't steal my graphics
2. Leave my link on (give me credit)
3. Don't edit my my codes on my layouts and graphics without my permission
4. If you have a request, please send me it only once.
5. Your aloud to only send one request for only one kind of graphic.
6. Customs are not to be used by anyone else.
7. Do not enter in any contests
8. Hate mail is aloud. =P Though fan mail is prefered. (BTW I may ask if I can post your neomail on my screenies page)
9. All affies have to link to this page...
10. I do NOT have to make you your request. But I try to do as much as I can in my spare time. I have a life too.... (for the most part...) o_o hehe

Besides that you can do whatever you want with my graphics, just be sure you leave a link to this page!!!! Or I consider it stealing! (If anyone sees someone with one of my graphics without a link on please Neomail me ASAP.
