Welcome!

We are all supporters of mystery island and we work together to win. We face each team with as much energy, dedication, and confidence as possible. By playing lots of Yooyuball, Slushie Slinger, Make Some Noise, or Shootout Showdown, we try our best to win the gold. It doesn't matter if we lose, we'll just pick ourselves up and continue moving forward. We have so much team pride and team spirit; we're like a huge family and it's just amazing. Even if we don't place as high as we hope to, we'll still look back and congratulate ourselves for working hard and trying.

What do we call ourselves?

	We're called "MIYPits", like "Meepits" not "MIers." "MIers" are those that live in Mystery Island. "MIYPits" support Mystery Island during the Altador Cup. We live everywhere at Neopia!

Who is our leader and coaches?

It's Mumbo Pango!

Yes hail the Coconut God or at least respect him because if not, you'll be taken to this:

Wonder what we do with all the troublemakers and freeloaders? Well now you know.

Who is our coach? He is:

Yes the Techo Master himself. His philosophy is simple: "When the student is ready, then I'll be there." But mostly he talks about stuff we don't understand.

Our second coach is:

Yes, Ryshu, the Ninja Master. He does our physical conditioning which is fine since we also have no clue what he's talking about.

Why You Should Join Mystery Island

We are a small team As such we are a lot closer than bigger teams but we have a problem with consistency since we can't always play all the games to achieve good results. If you can help us in this regard, we'll be very happy to have you but regardless you'll be welcomed into our family as long as you're not going to cause trouble.

We're a very social, group-oriented team. We love doing things together. A lonely MIYPit is a sad MIYPit. As such, we love doing group activities and games. Though our boards tend to be very slow off-season, once the AC is active and all the regulars are on, then it gets very active. We love to help and support one another and as long as you're not causing trouble, we'll be very happy to help and support you.

Above all, we love to have fun. Not good at some games? Just play the games that you like. Love to talk? Go ahead as long as it's not annoying anyone else. Too busy to play a lot? Play Shootout Showdown or take a break for the day but we still would love to hear from you. If we lose? Oh well but as long as we tried our best, it's ok. We're known to be the most relaxed and fun-loving team for a reason: It's a GAME. So as long as you're not trying to cause trouble or annoy anyone, then you'll feel to join us.

Rules for being a Good MIYPit

Don't make rules. Nobody likes being told what to do and Mumbo Pango would be very unhappy if you try to be the leader and order everyone around. This makes us very sad and a sad MIYPit isn't going to be a very productive one. If there's any problems, please let us know and we can talk about it. Otherwise, respect others to do as they wish and our family would be a happier and more productive one.

Respect our regular members. Can you imagine a little kid telling all the adults what to do? We love to have you in our family but you're just that- a baby. You don't have to like everyone and frankly, there's always at least one person that annoys everyone else. But chances are that we have find ways to deal with that person. And don't tell others what to do unless they requested help-it just doesn't work here.

If you need help, say so. We love to help and support you but if you don't tell us what's wrong, we can't help you. So don't get discouraged and quit on us. If it's anything we can help you with, we'll do it. That's what being a family is all about.

1.Why did you join Mystery Island in the first place?
A really good NF (who sadly does not play anymore) joined MI. So I guess I just joined for that reason, never looked back.
2. Why did you decided to rejoin Mystery Island this year?
No clue! My very special Krawk is painted Island, so I wouldn't want to make her mad. Or maybe because I can't get enough MIYP …
3.Have you joined other teams in the past?
If so, what makes Mystery Island so different? In the very first AC I joined TM. At the time I didn't chat on any boards, and now it's just a blur. Once they lost, I joined MI and have been loyal since.
4.What is your goal to help Mystery Island this year?
Def SHSD and YYB.
5.What is your favourite AC game?
SHSD, it's the quickest way to rank up!
6.What do you like most about the AC?
The competition, the planning, the strategizing, and my MIYPits.
7.What would you like to change or improve?
I want more people to join MI this year and I don't want my fellow teammates to be discouraged from the past two years. We have a brand new slate this year.
8.What is your favourite MIYP moment?
Upsetting DC in AC-VI and beating MQ in YYB last year.
9.If MI was out, what other team would join if at all?
Hummm … maybe TM? I would want to join a good team, but would not want to be swarmed with freeloaders and a general large amount of teammates who do not make the effort to be friendly. Or maybe Tyrannia.
10.Is there anything else you like to say to those considering MI?
JOIN! It's the most fun you'll have playing the Altador Cup!

	1. Why did you join Mystery Island in the first place?
	I liked the look of the island, it has the main training school on it and it had two of the dailies I did on it, so I valued it a lot (weird priorities I know)
	2. Why did you decided to rejoin Mystery Island this year?
	I tend to be a loyal supporter of a team once I start to support it. Also, all the MIYPits are awesome.
	3. Have you joined other teams in the past? If so, what makes Mystery Island so different?
	Nope, I've been with MI since ACII.
	4. What is your goal to help Mystery Island this year?
	Play more than last year, only SOSD and YYB.
	5. What is your favourite AC game?
	YYB, because it's a little less repetitive than SOSD.
	6. What do you like most about the AC?
	The atmosphere.
	7. What would you like to change or improve?
	Our position, 14th is too low for my liking.
	8. What is your favourite MIYP moment?
	The YYB victory over Maraqua last year was immense.
	9. If MI was out, what other team would join if at all?
	Tyrannia, or maybe Moltara.

	Despite outward appearances, our core are very dedicated to their AC efforts.

10-15: Um are you sure you're ready? If you're a total newbie, our team might overwhelm you. If you're from another team, then maybe you should see if you really want to join us. Even though we're a great team, we're a small team and that style might not match yours-blocked- us if you wish but maybe you should check to see if you're ready and check the other teams.

15-25: You're a true MIYPit! Whether you're a total AC newbie or was from a former team, you likely will fit in nicely. Whether you're a competitive player or just want to have fun, we welcome you! If you decide to join and need help, don't be afraid to ask. And if you do join, do let me know and I'll show you the secret page I made!

25-30: Woah there! We like your enthusiasm and spirit, but you should learn to chill and relax and have some fun! We're not a high-ranking team and while we believe we can be better, we don't think short of a miracle we'll be that great! If you want to join us, great, but unless you socialize with us and learn to have some fun, chances are that you wouldn't get too much from us.
