at the Rainbow Pool is your best bet at achieving a Werelupe.

Method 02:
Fountain Faerie Quest

Random

Receiving a Fountain Faerie Quest is random.
if you are one of those lucky people, once you've got that
golden ticket in your hand a dip in the Rainbow Pool
will turn your Lupe into a Werelupe!

Method 03:
Lab Ray

830,000 NP

The labray results are also random.
There is no gurantee that your Lupe will turn into
a werelupe so if you're feeling lucky..
Zap away!
