New issue of the magazine is out!

Hey everyone I'm going to be adding something to the guild magazine. There is going to be a section in the magazine called the classifieds. In that section I'll be putting links to other Winx Club pages so it'll kind of be like those ads in a newspaper except it'll be leading to other recommended Winx Club pages. I'll also let anyone post their ad in the classifieds. Just neomail me and give me a link or image and link you want me to put in the classifieds and I'll gladly place it there. It's winter again! And winter is when one of my favorite holidays takes place-- Christmas! Merry Christmas to all the FS readers out there! Christmas is the time of year to celebrate with family and friends. And winter means snow in cold area. There is sure to be a lot of snow in Magix this year! And it's creeping very close to 2008! Next year will be awesome!

We sat down with Bloom and Musa, this issue's cover girls, for an interview:

Fairy Starz Magazine: Hey Bloom! Hi Musa!
Musa: Hey, sup?
Bloom:: Hi! Merry Christmas!
Fairy Starz Magazine: Merry Christmas to you, too! So you two were on the cover of the 5th issue of the Fairy Starz Magazine. Was it fun for you two?
Bloom: Yeah, I loved it!
Musa: Yeah, Bloom wore a Santa costume and I looked pretty Christmas-y too.
Fairy Starz Magazine: It was a very cute looking photo shoot. And we designed the cover of the magazine to look Christmas-y, too. So, Bloom, can you tell us about your recent interest in a sport?
Bloom: Oh, well, I'll learning to ice skate. It's not...too hard.
Fairy Starz Magazine: Haha! I couldn't skate if my life depended on it. How's your practice going?
Bloom: Pretty good. I've stopped falling.
Fairy Starz Magazine: Musa, how are you're new songs coming?
Musa: I'm trying to write more songs this year, and I'll get some help from Tecna to put together a CD.
Fairy Starz Magazine: Nice, I can't wait!! What do you two want for Christmas?
Bloom: Clothes from the FS store. And makeup. And a new journal.
Musa: A new guitar and FS clothes.

..::Holiday Traditions::..

Everyone has a tradition for the holidays. Christmas is a very seasonal time of the year. There is usually a Christmas tree decorated with lights and other ornaments, like candy canes, and topped with a tree topper or star. You can also find decorated houses during Christmas with lights on the roof, door, and windows, and a wreath of holly on the door. There might even be various decorations on the lawn, like an inflatable snowglobe or ceramic reindeer. Christmas is also the time for gift giving and recieving. The presents are usually wrapped with special Christmas paper or in a holiday bag. Different traditions, such as mistletoe, holly, and lights, have been part of us for a very long time. When we think of Christmas, we usually think of family, presents, lights, ornaments, and Santa Claus in the North Pole. Another Christmas belief is Santa Claus, a jolly plump guy in a big red suit. He is said to travel around the world during Christmas Eve, delivering presents to girls and boys from one to ninety-two. Those on his naughty list will get a lump of coal in their stocking, so it's a way to get most children to behave. Santa Claus is supposed to deliver all the presents that are on his red sleigh pulled by 8 reindeer-Dasher, Dance, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen-in one night. How does he manage to do it? The time zones, perhaps??

..::Ice Skating::..

Bloom told us about her latest attempt on a sport-- ice skating!

I first tried ice skating last month at an ice skating park. I saw some kids taking their lessons and I thought 'Wow! They are so good...' And I even saw one little girl jump an do some kind of spin in the air. It was incredible!

Bloom asked to take some lessons the following week and started with the basics of ice skating.

The instructor first taught us how to position our bodies and balance on our skates. It was a little hard because the ice was slippery (I'm glad it was slippery because that's how ice is supposed to be!) and it was cold.I learned how to stand still on my skates and move around a little bit. I still used the rails, but I got it. After a while, I guess.

Bloom told us about her teaching Stella a few moves. Here's what Stella said about her lesson.

Ouch. It was a tad painful. Bloom started sliding on the ice and turning around me. She fell a little, but I was wearing a designer skirt. She could've warned me it would be that rough! It was fun though, because I got to do something with Bloom.

Both girls said skating is fun, and are trying hard to be good skaters!

..::Stella's Winter Fun::..

Stella told us what she loves about winter!

Hey, it's Stella!! I love winter. It's just an awesome season. The snow is so fun! And it matches any color so you'll always look good when you're outside in the snow. I believe I love wearing the winter fashions during winter the best. I love the boots, hats, gloves, scarves, etcetera, etcetera! There's something about the winter fashion that I love! Another thing I love about winter is getting into the snow and having a snowball fight, even if...my hair get's messed up. There, I said it. And the cold gives you more excuses to wear more clothes!! Winter is also the time for Christmas, and I love Christmas. I love getting gifts. And recieving. Okay, and giving. Decorating the tree is so fun! But what I like best is spending time with my friends. Anyway, the new year is around the corner. 2008! Wow. 2007 whizzed by so fast. My New Year's resolution is to buy more clothes, yet have a budget. That's what Bloom suggested. So did Layla. And Tecna. And Musa, Flora, and Tune. Okay, that's it for my winter fun! See ya!
