Hello and welcome to Aki Ame's protection agency Anime Protection! Here is where we help you know who you do and don't want to come near your guild. Guilds will come together here in order to protect each other from people who steal layouts,spam,hackers,cookie grabbers,ect.(by the way the way that counts that you don't steal this layout as well)
How to's
Pretty much this is how it will all go down, You find someone who steals your layout or something, and you get proof, like a screenie of it or do a comparison of layouts/coding. and you send the proof and username of that person to Ruby_heart_manga and the name will be added here and please also include their status (like are they frozen or active). If you have anymore questions about this section neomail Prettychicky15 or Ruby_heart_manga.
How does it work?
Okay here's how it works, you send in the username and we put it up with your proof and then all the guilds who are a part of us can see who is was that did it and if they want freeze them. But remember that if you freeze them they'll make another account and that means that they'll continue to do it and you won't know who it is so you can't follow them up. So to those who do freeze, have an undercover side account be a close friend with them and maybe they'll tell you their new account so you can freeze them again. ;D

She is a copy paster, having copied a Japanese lesson. Right now, if you take a look at the pet _Zero_2319, one of Dakota's pets, you will see that she is taking credit for blogs she may have coded, but pictures she did not make. (the person who sent this in did some research by looking at the credits still there.) Well, she took the picture and it still has the credit of the real people who made it. The person who sent this in looked it up and apparently the original pictures were made by a 25 year old in another country. And on the page of says she made the pictures. So it's false crediting.

She also has a past of coping layouts, and passing them as her own, this isn't always the case but often is. We have yet to figure out if her coding is her own, we think not and are trying to figure out if any other graphics site has it's layout coding in the same format.

The account we knew her on was Art_really_thinks and she was a part of our guild for a long time and had this as her side account. We knew her as Mizu and she was a back-stabber for on a petpage we found a new verison of what was our paper layout (same link color and everything) since then we have changed the layout but Maya still has the image that she copied.

She's now deleted her account and has many others but for warning is a very young player of neopets and is a roleplayer that calls her characters "Charries" Though we have no proof, as it may she still spamed up our boards and during guild roleplay used inappropriate characters and had her characters do inappropriate actions with other's characters and her own.
Status:Unknown (this account frozen)

A possible ID was found by Hearnz. She thinks that Mikamori's new username may be
