What This Guy's All About
Jack is the type of person who can't sit back and watch life pass him by. When he's got the energy, he loves to go out into the world and experience it first hand with an attitude of "I get what I want and that's all there is to it." He'll stop at nearly nothing to accomplish whatever goal he has set out for him.
A few of his closer friends know him as a type of perfectionist. He loves to be better than others through means of hard work. Others know him as an egotistical party animal. Once an alcoholic, he's a sucker for vodka and fine wine. He's been known to shoot speed to hype himself up as well; much to the dismay of others.
He has a soft spot for his friends; he considers them to be the number one priority in life, as he hasn't got much of a family these days.
He loves to tease people and is such a sucker for those who blush. He hates uncomfortable silences, so he can rattle on about God knows what for a few minutes until he realizes what he's doing. He's confident in his actions and expects people to deal with it. Not many people have met a guy like Jack, and he's very aware of that. He doesn't think twice about some things people might consider to be slightly odd, like cursing, making pervy comments, and flirting with just about everyone, regardless of their gender. He's quite a charmer when he wants to be. It'd be wise to keep an open mind when around him. ;)
Per-son-al-i-tah
He's taught himself to be sophisticated and well-spoken at all times, even when he's angry or upset. He looks down on people with bad grammar and hates those who are dishonest. He doesn't like people who are full of themselves (although he can be a bit hypocritical in that area of life) and loves those who know what they want. An attention-grabber himself, he can connect with people who do the same.
He used to be extremely egotistical and cocky, but he seems to have matured. Utterly unpredictable, he thinks nothing of doing the unthinkable.
Physical Appearance
He's on the skinny side, as he's suffering from an eating disorder, and he's rather tall. He has shaggy hair that trails down to the back of his neck. Its natural colour's black, but I wouldn't be surprised if you saw it as something else. (He's been known to dye his hair out of complete boredom, since the colour usually ends up quickly fading back to black.) His eyes are a cloudy grey, and he's not very fond of them. (He likes brown eyes the best.)
He wears only the best: Armani and Gucci being his two favourite brands. Lots of money goes into his appearance, and he's very vain at that. He makes sure his teeth are white and his clothes look great before he goes out.
It'd be normal to see him in need of a shave; his cheeks are usually sporting short stubbles. It would seem that no matter how many times he shaves, they come back to haunt him.
Were you to catch him in short sleeves, you'd see numerous scars along his arms and wrists. He's quite the masochist (although he gave up his plans for an early death a while ago.) He has a few tattoos, but the only visible one is along his left hand and index finger. It reads Solitarius, which is Latin for "alone" or "lonely." He constantly wears a silver necklace with a long thin chain, a small cross attached with the words "Amor Siempre, Esai" engraved on the back. It's usually under his shirt though :P. He's got a scar along his left ear as well- he's deaf in that ear and has lost about 40% hearing in the other one. Other information isn't really important, since he doesn't exactly whip off his clothes for the world to see.. not anymore, anyway.

James Tobin: (deceased) Jack's father- he was a quiet man and only talked to Jack. He had problems with depression and was only able to be there for his son for the first 14 years of his life.
Maddie Tobin: (age 39) Jack's mommy- a loud woman with some anger management issues. She likes to milk Jack for money and take advantage of him. Not a very nice person.
Jacky's a spitting image of his mother ;) Minus the eyes. He's got his daddy's eyes.
Siblings: None known, but it's quite possible he could have a few, judging Maddie's .. habits.

Kenneth: Jack's "significant other" and best friend. He's energetic, bouncy, and a pretty good influence on Jack. He's a long-time chum and probably knows Jack more than anyone else- probably the only person Jack listens to as well. (Kenneth's frozen, but it still alive in rp land :D)
Donna: One of Jack's closest friends- they've been through a lot together and would probably go crazy without each other (despite what they'll tell you) Donna recently moved back to her homeland and Jack refuses to admit how much he misses seeing her on a regular basis. Don't be fooled by their flirty attitude towards each other- they're just good friends :B
Clarice: Jack's old girlfriend- they were close, but rarely speak to each other anymore, although they still get along very well. I think he's jealous of her new boyfriend
Jay: Probably the only "quiet" person Jack talks to. When they're not talking about becoming spies or something equally crazy, they talk on a deeper level. Possibly the only person that Jack can be really serious with and not thought of as being strange.
Mek: Mekums is another one of Jack's closer friends. They usually end up talking about Aire or Kenneth anyway :P They have a pact that in ten years, if they're both single (and alive) that they'll get hitched and make thousands of babies.
Sieben: Jacky's very first friend when he moved to Neopia. She showed him around and introduced him to some rather interesting people. They like to travel together and get into trouble :o
Fork: The coolest and most original vampire out there, Fork's a rather interesting fellow. They have fun whenever they go out, and Fork's a good counter balance to Jack's crazy attitude.
Orly: TEMPT ME, JACK! TEMPT ME! … that's all I have to say ..Never gonna live that down, Orly.
Sai: She tries to keep him on a good path, but has a hard time. She has a habit of shoving soap down his throat whenever he curses and scolds him for his bad habits. Jack loves her innocent demeanor and thinks she needs a halo
Rae: Jack's drinking buddy! Rae and Jack like to whine to each other and then go run around and act stupid. Jack's going to be Rae's bridesmaid. :)
Kaz: Jack's ultra super smelly friend whom he lusts over constantly. The end. :D
