You're having your weekend stroll through the catacombs, a Kabuggle Mocha in one hand and an issue of the Neopian Times snugly under your arm, enjoying the different arts people have to offer. Eventually, you wander into a less populated part of the catacombs, filled with quaint little stores.

| As you stroll through the small streets, a particular house catches your eye. You become fascinated by its peculiar colors, as well as its seemingly random name: "Vaguelette". The house itself has a turquoise texture, with a maroon roof and chimney from which smoke is coming out. But it's the windows that take your breath away. At first glance, they seem like regular Brightvale stained glass windows, but upon closer observation, they reveal a rainbow of colors, from flamingo pink to deep sea blue, making up gorgeous pictures of castles and forests. You decide to see what this store has to offer. |

The room is small. Not shabby, not crowded. Just small. The sweet aroma of vanilla reaches your nose and you begin to wonder. Is this an art shop or a bakery? You look around the room. There are no display shelves, just a few simple tables and stools. The walls are covered with colorful paintings. A large framed board hangs behind the front desk, a paragraph scrawled on it in cursive.Vaguelette is an art site founded in the December of 2010, but was officially opened in early January. While it's name seems completely unrelated to art, it does hold a special place in the owner's heart. 'Vaguelette' is french for 'small waves', which often frequent peaceful beaches, rivers, or ponds. Although wave-lettes are often looked over and interpreted as insignificant, it is their presence that adds just the right amount of beauty to any panoramic scene. This is what Vaguelette strives to do- not overload in art, but add just the right amount of beauty to accent anything, you read. You take a gander at the different images, until you hear footsteps behind you.
You whirl around, half expecting a shadow wraith or Xandra to leap out of the shadows. Instead, you see a petite girl. She's wearing a floppy shirt and over-sized jeans. Her cheeks seem to be flushed a rosy pink. She smiles warmly at you as soon as you make eye contact. |

Take the images only if they are for you. Each image is unique and I spend time making them. It wouldn't be fair for me or the original receiver if you took them.
