My Stories

Island Babe: Ok, not to brag, but I am an EXCELENT STORY TELLER! ^^ Oh yeah, and I have alot of special moments in my life that I'd like to tell you about, yaddayaddayadda....

Island Babe: Ok, just by looking at my petpage, you can already tell that I'm OBSESSED with toast! :D Wanna find out how I came to be that way?

guest: Not really. -_-

Island Babe: o__o... Aaaaaand... I'll pretend you said yes! :D Here it goes....

Toasty

Island Babe: It all started way back when. I was only an infant, about 5 months old. It was a Tuesday morning, middle of February, very chilly outside. I sat in my high chair, with the mashed veggies I ate every morning. Trust me, they were discusting. Zack took care of me when I was younger, so he always encouraged I'd eat the muck. "Eat up, IB! They're good for you!" He'd smile that goofy, irritable smile.... I wouldn't! I couldn't! I'd NEVER eat such slop! He didn't take no for an answer, so he just shoved it all in my mouth. The tasted irritated my tongue. It was like sticking a thousand needles down my spine. I swallowed, and I felt like I was going to die, the veggies tainting the taste of my mouth. "Good baby!" Zack smiled. "I'll be back, because caretakers need food, too!" A popping sound came from some shiny, mechanical device. Zack pulled something out of it, and put it on a plate. He was about to take a bite of it, but then he stopped suddenly. "My homework! It isn't done, and I'm about to go to school! How sloppy of me!" he put down the food he was about to eat, and ran upstairs. Whith him out of the way, I got a clearer look at the food. It was shapped like bread, but didn't look like it. It was browner, and looked flaky. With the veggie taste still in my mouth, I was desparate for something to fight back at it. I crawled out of my highchair, and crawled to the table. I looked more at the food. It was definately bread, but brown and flaky. There was melted butter all over it. My mouth was watering, and the veggie taste got stronger with every ounce of hunger I grew. I picked it up, and took a bite. Amasing. The bad taste was gone, and a good, delicious taste filled my mouth and my belly. For the first time in my young life, I was satisfied with what I ate. I took another bite. And another. And another, until it was all gone. It was heaven. I lied down on the table, happy and full. I got sleepy, and closed my eyes... I didn't sleep long because Zack came walking down the stairs, and immediately saw what I did. "ISLAND BABE! YOU ATE MY TOAST!!!" he shouted. Then I knew, that beautiful concotion was called... Toast. Since then, my love for toast grew, and now here I am. Island Babe, toast lover and more.

Growing Up

Island Babe: For my whole life, I was the spunky, beautiful Island Babe you see before you :D, but besides my lovely, majestic ways, I have a sad story to tell. When Zack, LS, Saquaa and I were younger, we lived in a lovely home, filled with food and warmth. But then, our mother abandoned us in a dark alley after Saquaa was born. We were poor, and lived in a dark alley, smelly and dirty. It was discusting there. Since Zack was a protegy, we were able to survive on our own, and very young. We didn't spend much time together. Zack always tried to stay in school, LS pushed everyone away, and Saquaa just... uhhh... I don't know what he did. o0 One day though, we were famished, since there was no food. Suddenly, we smelled baked goods, like muffins. We followed the scent to a small house, and on the window sill stood a tray of delicious, blueberry muffins. I drooled greatly, laying eyes on those muffins. I reached for one, but Zack slapped my hand. "Those don't belong to us, IB! We can't take them!" he frowned. I debated back, "It dosen't matter! We haven't eaten anything in days! It's only the right thing to do!" LS and Saquaa knodded with me, and Zack rolled his eyes. "Dosen't matter!?!? Please, IB!" he looked at the muffins, and back at me, trembling in hunger. "M.. m... maybe we should ask first." Sticking his head in the window, he yelled, "Hello...? Anyone there?" Nobody answered. "They must not be home." he sighed in dissappointment "Great!" I cheered. "Then we won't get caught!" I reached out for a muffin, but Zack slapped my hand again. "We should wait for when they get ho-" before finishing his sentence, he turned around and saw LS grab a muffin. "Every man for themselves, dork. Live off the land. It's that person's mistake for leaving their muffins here, not ours." LS said in her gloomy tone. Zack tried to grab the muffin out of her hand, but she was too strong, and pushed him away. She took several bites, and it made me drool more. "No fair! I want one!" I said, taking a muffin and shoving it in my mouth. It was delicious. Like a comfy cushion of satisfaction, surrounded by seas of blueberry flavor. "NO! Stop that, you guys!" Zack yelled. "You guys should be ashamed! At least Saquaa and I still have our clean slate..." he turned around to where he put Saquaa, and he was gone. Zack looked at the muffins, and Saquaa was chowing one down. "Oh, you guys are gonna get in SO much trouble! I can't believe you all would... would..." As Zack spoke, he kept looking back and fourth at his siblings, and that last muffin on the plate. "Are you gonna finish that?" I said happily. Zack looked annoyed. "Finish!?!? I'm not even starting-" he voice dropped, as if he had a little regret to not say that. He picked up the muffin, and smelled its blueberry fragrence. "Hey look! What's that!?" he said frantically, pointing in another direction. LS, Saquaa and I looked the other direction, but didn't see anything. When we looked back at Zack, he was chewing on something, and had blueberry muffin all around his lips. Zack had crossed to the dark side. Zack swallowed, and looked at his own hands. "What have I done!? I've committed a serious crime!" he cried, sheding a tear. He got on his knees in shame. "Zack, just chill." said LS calmly. "Nobody's gonna find out." It had seemed LS had spoken too soon, because just then, a big butterfly net, the biggest I've ever seen, went over out heads. "GOTCHYA! AHAHAHA!!!" said a girl behind the butterfly net. She had brown hair, and huge glasses. "It's a good thing you robbed my muffins while I was meepit hunting, or I wouldn't have anything to catch you all with!" We were all wondering the same thing. Meepit hunting? Was this girl crazy!? "Sheesh! If you guys wanted a muffin, you should have asked! Come inside, if you're hungry! I have tons of food." She scooped us up in the net, and carried us in like we were animals. But when she brought us inside, she treated us like guests. She gave us warm meals, and talked with us. She asked about where we lived, and we told her about our tragic life. "Wow, no home? That's to bad... You know, this house is so empty. Would you like to stay here?" She was not just a girl! She was an angel! We knodded in unison, and she smiled. "Great! I have four extra rooms you guys could sleep in! I should also get some furniture, and clothes, and whatever you guys need! What kind of furniture do you all want? What color should we paint the walls? We also need to get you petpets, and everything!" The girl might have been an angel, but she talked eighty miles per hour. Zack stopped her. "Pardon the interruption, but what is you name?" The girl smiled. "You can all call me Syas! What can I call all of you?" We introduced ourselves. "Pleased to meet you, Island Babe, Zack, LS and Saquaa!" she said, her grin growing. That was then, when Syas was just an ordinary owner, adopting just a few pets. Then, a few months later, her talents were discovered, and we all became COMIC STARS! :D Now, we are big celebrities and we RULE!!!

Island Babe: What do ya think? ^^ I went from okay, to poor, to famouse! :D

I will eat ANY kind of toast, except with jam or jelly on it. o_e Whoever invented toast with jam and jelly on it is an evil monster... Ok, enough foolishness. ^^ Let's move on!

Ok, I've been experienceing difficulties with fanart and awards, so here's some requirements I put together that you MUST follow by.

1.Send all fanart/awards to syas82301@hotmail.com, or neomail me and we can find a way to get your fanart/award to me
2. Make sure your fanart/award file is in .gif, .jpg, or .png format. My e-mail can't open .bmp files for some weird reason.
3. When sending fanart by e-mail, make sure you include your USERNAME in the e-mail or on the image so I know who to credit. If I can't find a username anywhere, I'll delete your e-mail.
4. Do NOT send me someone else's art or a copy-and-paste-together for fanart/awards! If it's someone else's art, I'LL KNOW.
5. Also, if you'd like me to link your award to a page of yours, please let me know. ^^ (I DO NOT link fanart. Sorry, it's just too much trouble)

If you don't follow these requirements, I'll delete your e-mail/neomail, or report you, depending on which one it is.
