Welcome welcome welcome, to The Adoption Agency Center. Some of you may remember us, we used to run a pretty good adoption site for everyone to use freely, and had over 160 pets in the database. We eventually started a offsite page to hold our massive amount of pets, but it slowly died down, as the owner of the page, Edita, got really busy. But now it's back and improved! Now we need your help to have TAAC become the big site it used to be back in the day!

Now, some of you who have never seen TAAC may be wondering what it is, and what it's for. Well, it's simple really. TAAC stands for "The Adoption Agency Center". It's a place where you can find a huge database of pets up for trade, or up for adoption. It will also list the main stats of a pet, as well as the link to neomail the owner, and a current picture of the pet. This is a good place to start searching for your dream pets, or if you'd like to send in your pet to see if you can get it adopted/traded.

Rules

Now, these little pets mean a lot to owners. They are the stars of Neopets, so we'd like it if no one was scammed out of a unique pet. The owner of this site cannot control the trading of the pets, so please take caution with whom you are trading or adopting with. This site is meant to make owners happy with new pets, but if they don't receive the one they wanted after trading their own lovely pet for it, it's a real put-down. We won't list a whole bunch of rules, as there aren't many. But please remember these things: don't lie, don't scam, don't be mean. If someone does not want to give you their pet, accept that fact. Don't start and argument and begin flaming the other person. That lowers your chances of ever having that pet. If the person says no the first time, accept that, and maybe if you ask to trade or adopt for that pet again later on, the owner might say yes. It's all in being nice, that way the owners of the pets can trust you with their pets, and trust that if you're trading, you'll give a pet in return.

TAAC is back for yet the fourth time! It's hard to keep the site going considering the massive amount of coding and hard work that goes into the site. When I mentioned a year ago about the site going into a massive revamp, well, let's just say I was kidding. I realized I was only complicating things more and adding more hard work. Instead I focused on working full-time and doing good my first year of college. Now that summer is back, TAAC is back! During the three years TAAC has been here, every revival had a lot of updates. Now that it's back once again, this time it will not have as many updates, just because I have a life outside of Neopets. I have restarted the pet count as well as all the dreamies as they are more than likely inaccurate and I don't have time to update everything. Now, if one of the button makers aren't "alive" anymore, I'm still going to keep credit.

⊗ Why do the fonts on this site look too big/small?
I have noticed that when using a computer that does not have the font Garamond installed, the
headers turn into, I think Arial, and it's a little oversized! So don't worry, this page is actually very pretty. x)

Here are the pets that have been successfully homed through TAAC! Please note that this is how the pets looked at the time of adoption/trade, their looks might have changed! Also, I check this section regularly for pets on accounts that have been frozen, to get rid of them.

Pets Up For Adoption

Here are the current pets in our database that are up for adoption, meaning you will be using the pound or transfer, but you will not get a pet in return. Basically, you give someone one of your pets, but they don't have to give you one back. This is usually when you want to get rid of some of your pets.
