Banner Requests
Rules
If and when you request, please make sure that banner requests are open before you send it.
It is important for you to know that my favorite flower is a pink gerber daisy.
If you close down your site before I get to your banner, or your site goes under construction, I will contact you to question you about the status of your request. (If you still want it, delete it, etc...)
When you request, you absolutely must provide me with a link to where the banner will be going!
I will not make you a banner for any place other than an On-Neopets site, period; example - I will not make you a banner for a shop, gallery, wishlist, about me page, or guild - sorry!
