Lending!

Oh gee, how happy we feel when that lovely new avatar event pops up. Well, here at neo.anxious we are proud to make that happy feeling happen more often. This is the lending page! Below is a list of what is being lent, by who, and how to get on the list. Now for starters, you have to meet the following requirements. If you have any problems will the requirements neomail me here: clickeh. Please do not change the neomail subject. If you would like to lend something to guild members, neomail me here with the following form:

Now then, general requirements (these apply to all the below avatars, unless otherwise stated):

You must be a member of neo.anxious.
You must either be dizzy or have been in the guild for 3+ months.
To be lent pets your account must be at least four months old.
Meet the requirements of the lenders themselves (including having sufficient PP!).
Click the lender's name to request being added to their list.
You must bow to Sloth forever more. ;D



Note: If you want to be lent multiple pets, that complicates things, but it's not impossible. However, it will take awhile. You can only transfer once a month. There will be a calender set up soon.

How do transfers work? Transfering is the act of sending a pet from one neopets account to another. Sounds great, right? The catch is you can only transfer once per month. UGHH. That's a shame. So that is what chain transfers are for. Chain transfering is simple. Say Zach has a lovely pet that can get me the snow avatar, but alas Alyssa and Stephanie need the snow avatar too! How can Zach ever decide who to choose? (he would so choose me ;D) This is how it works. Zach could send it to me, I send it to Lyss, and she sends it to Stephy, who zips it on back to Zach. This means, we've only used our one transfer and everyone got lent. Zach---Misty---Kaye---Stephanie---Zach. So rather than a chain, it's more like a circle. Circle of lending. Get it? If not neomail Jayme.

What is collat or collateral? Collateral is something that insures the person being lent will send the item or pet back after they get the avvie. Often this takes the form of neopoints. Say I'm lending you Dark Nova, which comes in the form of a scroll of dark nova, because this item costs about 20k I'm asking for 10k when you borrow it. That way if you steal it, I can buy a new one. The reason the collat is lower than the price of the item is because I trust you, oh trust worthy member. ;D
