We the undersigned believe the neoboards moderating filter to be an ineffective way to moderate Neopets forums. This filter, instead of fulfilling it's intended purpose, merely interferes with the enjoyment of the site. We therefore propose a new solution to be used by Neopets Staff. Whether use of board moderators, paid or unpaid, or use of a more perfect filter with human oversight.
