water-lover: Being that he grew up near the beach, Dominick has always been a fan of the ocean. However, because of his background, he never got to swim in the water. Obviously, this drove him crazy - so when he moved in with his Uncle Dylan and Aunt Alice, he was thrilled to be able to start swimming. In fact, the first thing he did was jump into their pool when he walked into their house!

After many years of swimming, Dom also found other water sports such as wake-boarding and surfing. And now, he'd much rather prefer to be doing one of those. Though, for now, he's settling on being a diver for the swim team - he's trying to get a scholarship for it.

genius: He doesn't study for squat. If he hears the lesson and writes down a couple notes, he's good to go. Because of this, he tends to get overconfident.

adduct: In spite of him being incredibly smart in the book area, he lacks in being street smart. Getting hooked on the MJ when he was fourteen and paper when was sixteen, this boy's off to a rough start.

flurt: He likes the ladies, a lot.

technologically undeveloped: Since he was Amish as a child, Dom doesn't have much experience with computers or anything of that sort. So, he's often overly fascinated with various technology and can sit for hours just playing with a computer, trying to figure it out.

gentlemen: Although he flurts a lot, he respects girls. If they don't like him, he lets it go and doesn't pursue them anymore. However, if he's not sure if they like him or not, he's one of those guys that'll keep trying.

hard worker: Growing up in the Amish environment, Dominick was constantly working on the farm for his family. Because of this, his drive is extremely high and he rarely gives up on any task at hand.

camera shy: Since he was taught to stay away from cameras, Dom finds it hard to ease up when he has to take pictures. Though, it's not like he throws a huge fit... he just gets awkward.

Posture: Living in a house built on strict rules, Dominick's posture is extremely good. It's very rare that he'll slouch in his seat or let his shoulders droop.

Body Markings: From working on the farm when he was younger, Dominick has many calluses on his hands and feet.

Body Mods: On his ears, Dominick has 5/8 gauges. Other than that, he doesn't have anything else except a yinyang circle on his forearm. Though, he does plan to expand on his modifications soon.

Born in an Amish community in Sweden, Dominick never saw the real world for many years. He was sheltered immensely by his parents and siblings. And though they tried hard to keep him happy, Dominick always wanted to see what was out there besides his current lifestyle.

He wanted to see the world.

So at thirteen, Dominick begged his parents to let him go; he couldn't take the old-fashioned life they wanted him to led anymore. And because of his persistence, his parents eventually signed over him to his rich Uncle Dylan and Aunt Alice. Moving to Ringwood, England at the age of fourteen, he was shown the light. But obviously for Dominick, it had been too soon. He fell into the path of dugs, and now he can't break it. In fact, every year, it seems like he just adds another to his list.

However, in spite of his habits, Dominick can honestly say that he's happy he left the Amish community. He's finally been able to find happiness because of his escape.

LIVES WITH:

Dylan & Alice Dhalbeck: -age 54 & age 48- These are techincally Dom's parents now, considering his real parents signed him over to them. And, although his parents would like to think he still thought of them as parents, he's way closer to Dylan & Alice and considers them his real family. After all, their lifestyle and views are practically identical - why let all this technology to go waste? It make life easier.

Jasmine Dhalbeck: -age 16- Although she is really his little cousin, Dominick considers her to be his sister now that he's moved in with her family. Generally, the two get along very well because of their closeness in age.

USED TO LIVE WITH:

Oliver & Ellen Dhalbeck: -age 55 & 52- These two are very much stuck on their Amish roots, so they've grown disappointed in their son (he's the only boy, so he's the only one who could pass down their last name). Because of this disappointment, Dominick's parents don't really associate with him anymore. And although it bothers him sometimes, he's kind of glad they don't - when they did, all they did was insist on him coming back. And obviously, that wasn't something he wanted to do.

Paisley Dhalbeck: -age 5- Dominick and Paisley have no bond at all. After all, when he left, she was at such a young age that there wasn't anything they could do to gain a lation. However, once she grows up, he hopes that he could be as close to her as he is to Jasmine. That is, if his parents trust him enough to socialize with her (they want Paisley to stay Amish).
