Ok! Here are some rules for my request...

1.) I do art, ~~userlookup, and petpage request~~ only. *Edit: I no longer do layout request*

2.) When you send me the request, please be very specific! I won't redo it again if it doesn't look like what you had in mind.

3.) I would appreciate if you would ask me nicely when neomail me.

4.) Do not steal my graphics and codes. Not only it will make me regret making this page, it can also get you in trouble.

5.) For art request, I only do Neo-ralated art only. Fanart is not my thing. xD

6.) For art request, do not change anything! That means no removing my name and enter it in the Beauty Contest.

7.) I'll put my username in every requests. Don't remove it.

8.) Be patient.

9.) Link back is VERY appreciate. xD You don't have to though.
