4. no brainer... but don't enter them in the Beauty Contest. seriously now, nobody's going to vote for an adoptable.

it's unlikely that if you break the rules, I'll ever find out, and even less likely something bad will happen to you, but I put them up here because I foolishly trust everyone to follow a code of honor. artists on neopia draw pictures and adoptables for you for absolutely nothing (..if they're following the rules!) so show respect when they offer you something out of the good of their hearts.
