Side Job Contract
By accepting this job, you, ______________, are bound to all the rules stated in this contract. You are agreeing to devote the necessary commitment in order to carry out your duties and are promising to be active in your guild job. You are also taking note of the fact that sniveh, the guild employer, has the right to demote you from your job if the need arises.
I (sniveh) have divided some of the jobs by a dashed line, separating them by similarities.
The Jobs
Lending Lane Manager: Must be Laughing or higher in rank. This person is in charge of running the Lending Center, a pet page entitled something along the lines of, Side's Lending Lane. The page must contain a list of lenders and the avatar items/pets/petpets or battledome weapons that they have offered to lend, along their preferences or requirements for those they are willing to lend to.
Salary: 5 guild points on acceptance and 2 guild points per month the job is held.

Game Guru: Must be very active and of the Laughing rank or higher. This person is in charge of the Guild Activity Center pet page, therefore they must have good HTML skills. The activity center will contain games/activities run by the guild, along with links to pages of games that other members are hosting. The Game Guru is also known as the Guild Game Director and must be able to host one or several games as well as brainstorm new activities/games for the guild and make sure that any unsuccessful games are deleted.
Salary: 5 guild points on acceptance, plus 2 guild per successful game created and hosted.

Guild Greeter: Must be an active member of any rank excluding Sort Of. This person is in charge of sending each new member a letter consisting of the following: an introduction of yourself and any other choice members from the guild, an update on current events, any popular games or activities offered at the guild, and any other little oddities that will make our newest member feel like they made a grrreat choice by joining Side!
Salary: 2 guild points per each new member that the customized neomail is sent to. (You must neomail the Guild Employer in order to receive your guild points.)

Scooper Duper: This job is for members of the Jumping rank or higher. They must be talented in one, several, or all of the following areas: writing stories/articles/poems or drawing comics or pictures. The Scooper Dupers are given the task of making sure that the In Side Scoop is filled with lots of material for our guild to read or view, whether or not the members of the guild are willing to send in their own creations. There are three different types of scooper dupers for three sections of the Scoop: Article/Story Scooper, Poetry Scooper, and Art Scooper. (the critic section is reserved for two people, snivellus1024 and stargirl5357 as there are only two things that can be reviewed: movies and books)
Salary: 3 guild points on acceptance, 2 guild points per article/story/artwork/etc. that is used in the Scoop.

Recruiting Team Members: These members must be extremely active and of the Laughing rank or higher. The Recruiting Team is in charge of organizing recruiting boards on the AC promoting our guild and bringing in new members. The Recruiting Team is picked by the Recruiting Manager, meaning you will have to send your application to (insert recruiting team manager here) instead of sniveh. The team should be comprised of chatty and dedicated members.
Salary: 2 guild points per active member joined.

Birthday Basher: This job is for all ranks. The Birthday Basher is in charge of organizing birthday packs for any member of any rank when their special day rolls around!
Salary: 5 guild points on acceptance and 5 guild points per birthday pack. (which is equal to 1500 neopoints compensation)

Party Planner: Must be extremely active and of the Laughing rank or higher. This person should be friends with almost everyone in the guild, as they are in charge of birthday party pages and activities when and if the guild decides to throw a party for a respected or active member (this does not always happen). They should have good HTML skills and be creative.
Salary: 3 points on acceptance, plus 5 per successful party.
