Rule #2 : Please put the questionnaire in a petpage.

Rule #4 : Please please please don't be rude if you got rejected. Be civilized and you're more likely to get my reconsideration.Yes,I'm really nice :P
Rule #5 : Mind the gender and name. Nicknames are fine =)
Rule #6 : Absolutely no chatspeak .I don't understand it and your application's gonna get recycled.
Rule #7 : Don't reuse anything.Don't steal anything too. Always credit.
Rule #8 : If you're planning to adopt my pets and then trade them for something else, DON'T APPLY! You know,I mastered the art of ambushing ;)
Rule #9 : Neomail me the link to the questionnaire with the subject: [Pet Name]
Rule #10 : Neopets state that your account must be 4 months old in order to adopt some of the painted pets. I am willing to wait for you to age if you really are a rare potential owner.
Rule #11 : Please please please don't pound one of your pets in order to adopt mine! Active side accounts are ok if your main is full!

the BC or roleplay him/her,you may include your drawing or
roleplay examples ^_^.It will boost your chance seeing that
you weren't lying.
