My pet is sick and I can't afford medicine

Don't worry, your pet won't die. The cheapest way of healing your pet is by going to the healing springs in Faerieland. every half an hour. The water faerie will eventually cure your pet.

When do I get promoted

We promote people to apprentice just for joining the Guild. It's completely different for promotions to Scholar, Expert and Wizard. Check the Promotion page for details. Click Here

How can I earn lots of nps

How come I can't play games

Usually it's caused by the wrong software on your computer. Try downloading the latest shockwave program. If you're still not able to play the flash games, then you can always play the non-flash games. Click here to go to the list with the non-flash games

I think I got scammed! Nps, and/or Items are Gone

Change your P/W right away! If you don't, then you might even lose your account too! Click on "My Account/Edit Profile at the top of the page. When you click on that, it will bring up all of your options for changing your P/W. If you don't want to risk being scammed again, then please visit our scam section. Can I still sell treasure maps after I used it

No, I'm afraid not. Treasure maps are for single use only, except the Secret Laboratory map. You can visit the Laboratory every 24 hours.

I just got a Faerie Quest, I can't use the Wiz!! and no one's on line

This is a good lesson to teach you to ALWAYS keep a shop wizard window open, so you don't have to ask people where to find the cheapest item! Another way you could try is hit the back button for the most recent shop wizard page that you've visited. If the page hasn't automatically refreshed yet, then you'll be able to use it. You can also find a list of the shops that sell the items for each Faerie Quest Here. If all else fails, you can ask for shop addresses on the Guild Board.

What's the best way of making nps

This question can not be answered as it differs from one person to another. Roughly there are 4 ways of earning np:

1-Buying extremely underpriced items from the shop wizard and resell them in your shop for the ongoing price. Tips

2-Buying underpriced items from the auction and resell them in your shop for the ongoing price, Tips

3 -Buying cheap items from the Neopet main shops and resell them in your shop for the ongoing price Tips

4 -Playing games Tips

Some people have lots of patience and have no problem refreshing the shop wizard hundreds of times searching for cheap items. Others have a high speed connection which makes it easier for them to win an auction or restock at the Neopets main shops. And some people are good at playing games and can earn up to 20k per day only by playing games. Which way you finally choose is totally up to you. Most important of all is that you're having fun while making nps and being able to get extremely good at it

How can I edit my user lookup and shop with images and text

User lookups and shops contains codes. If you don't know how to write codes, you can learn by reading the Neopets html-guide| or go to a site where you can find premade ones. The link to those sites can be found on this site at the background section.

To change your User Lookup:
Click on 'My Account/User Profile' at the top of the page.

To change your shop:
Go to your shop and click on "Create/Edit a shop"

What's the time in NST

Look on the clock on the toolbar at the top right hand side of every page, to find out what time it is now in NST, and then add or subtract the time it is where you live.

What does the Rainbow Faerie, do and where can I find her

You can only get to use the Rainbow Fountain IF you get, and complete a Quest from the Fountain Faerie!! This is a random event, just like all of the other Uber-Faerie Quests (like the Light Faerie, Fire Faerie, etc.)

When you get her item go to the Faerie Quest place inside Faerie City, and she'll say something like, "I'll have a little something for you next time you come to the Rainbow Fountain"

Make sure you have the pet you want painted, as your active Pet. Then go to the Rainbow Fountain. She will then say something like, "pick which color you would like him to be" and you can pick a color from a drop down menu. You will also have the opportunity to change your pet into another specie or just activate another pet.
