RecruitmentRecruiting new fouians is so important. We can't grow without new members, meaning Fou can't reach it's full potential. You could either post your add on guildless topics, or make your own topic and bump it up.
GuildlessIts important to read the guildless neopian's post. If say they're not looking for a neo-related (NR) guild, don't post. However, if they don't mention anything about liking or disliking NR, you could ask them if they might consider Fou.It's also helpful to stay and chat, especially if that guildless neopian looks like they will enjoy Fou a lot, or is very friendly maybe. The most important part of a guild is the members, so you've got to let them experience a fouian!
Own BoardIf you're making your own board, don't keep posting the add. You could ask another online fouian to come to your board, to just chat with you. This way, you won't risk TNT warning you for spamming. If you can't find another fouian, you could post anything. It could be about the guild, or just randomness. This way is very effective if you're multi-tasking. You could just have your topic open, and do something else, either on or off the computer. You'd just need to post regularly.
Once you've recruitedIf you recruited someone, you need to tell that person to tell Cookkii that they were refered by you. This way you can earn 5TTs! You don't need to say this in our add, just when the join.
FeedbackIf someone doesn't like the guild, it really helps to ask them why they don't like it. This way we can get original feedback from Neopia! If you report the feedback back to Cookkii it would be greatly appreciated :o You might even buy some extra TTs :0
