Intro to the Game
The game starts out with you, a yurble farmer, who tries to repel slorgs from eating his crops. You have yet only one weapon, the Slorgeriser X4. Try to repel as many slorgs as you can! (By repel, I mean blow up. (; )
CONTROLS OF THE GAME
LEFT = Move Slorgeriser Left
Right = Move slorgeriser Right
Spacebar = Shoot a Slorg
You might be thinking, "Now why do you want to shoot slorgs if you're supposed to repel them? o_O". Well, you have to link three slorgs in a row to make that part disappear.
The Game
The point of the game is to eliminate the slorgs. To eliminate the slorgs, you must aim the Slorgeriser at the slorgs like so. Then press the spacebar to shoot. Boom. Its gone. Do that a couple 100 times a game, and you may be able to get the slorg avatar.
At many points in the game, you will get powerups. ^ Up there is slorg block. You can identify the power-ups when text appears and when the slorg in the Slorgeriser is inflating and deflating.
The types of Power-Ups are:
Red: Multislorg; Bad. it causes about 10 slorgs to appear at the front of the Slorg line.
Light Purple: Slorg Block; Okay. It blocks the slorgs behind where you shoot it. The block can break if you shoot at the blocked line. The slorgs ahead of it may move though.
Green: Slowdown; GOOD!! It causes the line of slorgs to slow down temporarily. If you shoot a Super Slorgeriser, or a Slorg Destruct, it'll cause the line to speed up again.
Grey: Puddle Water: Second Best. This power-up is INSANELY RARE. You may see it around...once every 15 levels. It causes the whole line to change to one same color. There. Easy points.
Pink: Slorg Destruct; Best!! It causes all the slorgs behind the shooting spot to be destroyed. Save it till the slorgs get a little close to the Crops. Boom. You beat all of them if you hit the front. This power-up is easier to catch than the Puddle Water.
Brown: Super Slorgeriser; Good. It causes a few slorgs to be destroyed where you shoot it regardless of color. Its a nice thing to use when the slorgs are troubling you.
This is one of the most important tips you need to survive the slorgs when they go too fast. See the pic above? If you shoot the green slorg where the two green slorgs are, they will be eliminated. Then, the next few slorgs crash into each other. Now they've been eliminated too, because they made three light purple slorgs. There. A good combo. It doubles your score earnt. My best one was around 6 combos. Can you beat it? ;)
Oh yeah. The most important thing I forgot. The crops. DON'T LET THE SLORGS GET TO THEM. You'll lose.
Your lives. Wondering how I got 4? Type marrow while playing. Its essential to winning the avatar to a lot of people.
Your score. Keep track of it. You should have about 500-600 points on Level 7. Then you should get around 100 points each life, then you'll get the avatar! :D
The shadow of the slorgs' path. You'll need to know it to learn what you should do while aiming.
Here's a GOOD bonus event that happens. A frog might SUDDENLY pop up from the ground and if you hit it, it'll give you 25 points. If you block the slorgs, and shoot at the place where the frog is, you might hit it around 6 times when it comes up, hopefully. Thats a good 150 points. (: The frog will only stay up for about 2 seconds, so ACT FAST.
BAD STUFF THAT HAPPENS
Basically, there are only two bad things that happen randomly throughout the game.
Revenge of the Slorgs: This will happen rarely, thank goodness. What this does is reverse your controls. LEFT = Move Slorgeriser Right....RIGHT = Move Slorgeriser Left...It really messes you up. -.-
Laser Failure: This happens around every level from level 3-infinity. This happens when you take a long time on a lot of levels, which means you'll have it A LOT. The laser fails, which means you'll have to aim yourself during the remainder of the round.
My tips are to try and aim, like in Ultimate Bulleye. I myself, make a bunch of mistakes. Just try your best, and be persistent. Or, you could just simply type in chargex4 and get the laser back on. :P
