Welcome to Fox's Adoption Agency! I am your host, foxoffrost. I care very deeply for my foster so please make sure you read the rules before contacting me. Thank you!
One :: Just because you apply for a pet does mean that you will get the pet in question. Please do not assume you are entitled to be the new owner of a pet just because you were the first person to send an application in.
Two :: Before you start thinking about applying for one of my fosters, please read the application rules.
Three :: Send all questions and applications to my main account, foxoffrost.
Four :: Do not abandon a pet so you have room for one of my fosters.
Five :: Please realize that, if you are not willing to take good care of the pet you are applying for, that you will not get it. I will be checking on all of your current pets and it will directly affect my decision.
Six :: Your account must be at least 4 months of age or older.
Seven :: You cannot adopt one of my fosters with the intention of trading it. If your intention is anything less than keeping the pet forever than do not apply.
Eight :: If, for whatever reason, you adopt a pet from me and then cannot take care of it or plan on leaving Neopets for whatever reason, please contact me and give the pet back to me so I can find it a new home.

- please do a spelling and grammar check of your application
- at a minimum, must include ALL of your usernames, your intentions for the pet you are applying for, a bit of information about you and what account the pet would be going to as well as the Pledge of Good Ownership
- please refer to my pet by their name and their correct gender
The Pledge of Good Ownership ::If I am chosen, I, (your name), pledge to be the best owner I can be for my new Neopet, (pet's name). I understand all the sadness that he/she has already been through, and so I will provide everything he/she needs to be happy. I promise to be a friend to my new Neopet and never ever ever put him/her through the pain of neglect or abandonment again."
