Rules
If you are interested in adopting one of our pets here are the rules:
1.When neomailing an application to the owner, make sure NOT to beg. You will be less likely to get the pet you want if you beg for him/her.
2. Please do not use words like "it" when describing the pet. You can use his/hers name, or he/she.
3. When neomailing the owner an application please do not send it multiple times. You are most likely not the only person who wants the pet, so it may take a few days for them to decide who they think deserves the pet the most.
4. If you are going to apply for a painted pet, you must have been on Neopets for at least 4 months.
5.You can not adopt one of our pets just so you can put it in your own Adoption Agency, or pound it.
6.Make sure to read "What Pet Owners Expect in an Application" before sending an application to the owner.
If anyone has a rule to add to this list, please neomail it to either rraacchheellpp, or im_rainstar_

What Pet Owners Expect in an Application
1.How long you have been on Neopets.
2.Your side account(s) (only if you have any).
3.Why you think you deserve the pet.
4.What you will do if you get the pet. Example: Enter in Beauty Contests, take to Battle Dome ect.
5.And most of all NO BEGGING!
