Rules

1) You cannot nominate yourself.

2) To participate contestants must get back to me before Jan 15.

3) Contestants have until February 10th to make their graphic.

4) It must be a graphic not a layout.

5) Contestants may not use resources from any site except their own, EXCEPT for celeb/model pictures.

6) By February 11th, they must have posted their graphic somewhere, either on their site, another petpage, or their userlookup.

7) I will post all those images on one petpage and the judges will pick out their top 3 by February 21st. If necessary we will have a final round.

8) You will find out who the winner is by February 27th.
