If you mention or even so much as hint otherwise, I will reject your application immediately and will also notify other fosters that you are not to be trusted. Furthermore, I reserve the right to keep these pets if I do not find a suitable owner.

Hi there! My name is Vi and I'm hoping you're interested in adopting one of my fosters? You will find my Rules and the Questionnaire below that you must take into consideration before applying - please make sure you read them, it saves me time and you effort in doing so. The rules are fairly simple and they are necessary to ensure that YOU are the right owner for my fosters.

Fluffy especially reminds you that: If you are applying, please come back every so often as we do update quite frequently and it would be quite tedious (and unnecessary) for Vi to have to neomail everyone with concerns to important announcements. Thanks for understanding!

RULES

1. Your account must be 4 months or older.

2. Refer to the correct name and gender of my foster(s). Nicknames are allowed. If you wish for me to change the gender of the pet, you must state so in your application.

4. PLEASE DO NOT POUND YOUR PET JUST SO YOU CAN ADOPT MINE! That just ruins the whole purpose of creating an Adoption Agency.

5. Neomail applications are preferred, but you may do a petpage application. If you choose to make a petpage application please make sure to write a disclaimer stating that you were not forced to make one to ensure that we are not breaking the rules.

6. To put bluntly: I WILL REJECT ALL APPLICATIONS THAT USE CHATSPEAK!

7. All applications and questions MUST be sent to my main account, angelvigirly161 only. Spamming my Inbox will not get you anywhere.

8. Please don't forget to READ and fill out The Pledge of Good Ownership (below) somewhere in your application!
If I am chosen, I, (your name) , pledge to be the best owner I can be for my new Neopet, (pet's name) . I understand all the sadness that he/she has already been through, and so I will provide everything he/she needs to be happy. I promise to be a friend to my new Neopet and never ever ever put him/her through the pain of neglect or abandonment again.

9. Finally, methods of transfer will be via the User-to-User Transfer only. This is will guarantee the safety arrival of the pet.

Tips & Hints

* Caring for your current pets show a sign of commitment - which is what I am looking for in a potential owner.

* Highly detailed applications have a better advantage (ie. Apps that surpass 1-2 neomails).

* Manners are a BIG PLUS.
