You wander around a park enjoying the peacefulness of the quiet spring day, looking around you see young neopets playing, even a few baby neopets.
As you near the garden section of the park you notice a small bby kougra, or at least thats what he looked like. He has wings and is to dark of a color, with the wrong sort of markings but he had a kougra tail and was definatly a 'baby' neopet. Going over to him you ask, "What are you doing little one? where's your owner?"
Looking up at you with large eyes he answers, "I'm gettin' flow-as, and i don't know about my ona', but I think that Milly is supposed to be playing with me t'day... I doh know where she is toh.
Okay then," you say, taking awhile to figure out his baby speak, "whats your name?

As you walk you notice a cloud Aisha running franticly around shouting 'Fety! Fety, come here right now' figuring that this must be the Milly that fety told you about you trot over.
