House on a Hill On the top of a hill, overlooking the lower neighborhood, stood a house of a peculiar sort. Not only did it have a wild variety of 5 different colors, but it's structural complexity was distinct from the other neighboring houses surrounding it. There are 3 floors, each conveniently color-coded yellow, blue, green, and on each floor there are two sets of windows in the front except the top floor which convenes with the roof. Each window is decorated with a bright red frame and yellow trimming around the house. The first floor is decorated with a white, rounded veranda that opens to the front door entrance. The second floor has no features of importance, but it is on the third floor where a part of the roof extends into a small, covered porch fit for one, maybe two persons where the majority of our story takes place. Prior to the fresh paint job and newly built veranda, the house was uninhabited for many years due to a rumor that it was cursed by an evil faerie. At this time, there was no one left who still believed in curses or evil faeries. Only expired remodeling contracts and mean little old ladies.

What it was about this peculiar house that attracted the Faiole family, I doubt the family knew themselves. However, they had already called the movers and were half-way moved in before any of the family members questioned why this house out of the other available? Perhaps, it was the family who were odd in many ways that attracted them to a house with familiar tastes. Regardless of the reason, the family was settled in and already went to greet half the neighborhood.

The Family

Father Friole (Free-Ol) Faiole, had a brilliant mind that never failed to produce creative new stories that exhilarated his massive fanclub, big enough to overrun a city. His work was mostly done at home in order to spend time with the family, but is often locked away in his workroom typing furiously at whatever new typing gadget he had built. Father Friole also loved to invent new typing machines that he swore would "bring writing to a new level", but often failed or were considered too eccentric by his critics.

Mother Faiya (Fa-ee-ya) matched in opposition to Father due to her workaholic nature. Of course, this disposition is only perceived by everyone, but her, so it's best not to mention it. Her job entails traveling with strenuous hours however, Faiya has a way of complicating even the most simplest of tasks. Yet, she doesn't stop working and considers labor the "fruit of prosperity.

Sister Frima (Free-ma) though the youngest, acts the elder part. Often she spends time cleaning up after her older sister's antics. Chasing, cooking, cleaning, waking up, and all the motherly deeds left in her Mother's absence. Frima's disposition however, remains content. In her heart, she finds it satisfying (though challenging) to take care of the house work and family members. There is little that bothers her... almost to the point where you wonder if she's truly being patient or if this is all a cover?

Each Faiole family member held their own activities and encouraged each other in a state of individualism. While one member of the house was busy functioning in one area of the house, the other members would silently find another place to do their own functions. This would continue through-out the house similar in factory fashion where the whole is working towards some intangible goal while handling smaller achievements per person. Only at meal times did the family let go of their urge to disperse. Even then, whenever a member spoke it came out in a slightly overly pleasant manner. This isn't out of the ordinary for the Faiole family, of course. Awkward silences, confusing misunderstandings, and the like are all a part of family relationships. Yet, ever since they moved into the house there was one member who began to drastically make a change in the seemingly peaceful household of Faiole.

Note: She has purple stripes along her back (her wings are covering it right now) and she has 3 purple dots along her snout! You can draw her without her hair or with hair.:)

Hair: Faiole's hair is most prominent in her anthro form, but it can carry into her quad form. Despite this, it is alright to draw a little tuft of hair for simplifying purposes. Often, Faiole will not style her hair so, it is naturally messy and hangs down in a dead-like fashion. A simple purple headband does the trick in her opinion.

Pink body tones: The pink on her belly, muzzle, and limbs, are interesting in that they reach up in certain places like the chest, belly, and tail. They do not complete a circle, but more of a semi-circle across the bottom of her torso. Faiole's skin often feels clammy, possibly sweaty, or awkwardly pale.

Purple markings: On her snout, above her joints, and across her back are little purple stripes. These stripes are blunt and have a more rough texture than her pink, clammy skin. The purple stripes match Faiole's purple paws and hair as well.

Grey specks: On her wings and ears are tiny Draik freckles which are dispersed evenly through the surface. Her wings and ears are made of a texture that is resistant to severe wet weather patterns (not sensitive to wind or rain). However, because they are so thin Faiole often gets sunburned in these areas as well as on her pink flesh.

Personality

[Unpredictable][Ghostly][Sincere][Dignified][Thoughtful]

1. Faiole has always been a slightly odd child. Her mannerisms were often unpredictable and did not follow a cohesive patterns. She likes it that way. She likes things to follow in a non-orderly manner. It's exciting, she says.
2. A part of Faiole's obscurity is also due to her waning appearance. Despite her seemingly lively pink color Faiole often has pale features with skin that is always cold to the touch. There is also an odd fluorescent blue aura often surrounding her when she's excited or gloomy. In personality and appearance, people often question if the poor girl likes to mimic the roaming dead.
3. Despite her seemingly ghostly manners and appearance, she is a kind-hearted and sincere young draik. Whenever you ask of her help Faiole never fails to try her best in anyway possible. She is the type that will listen to your troubles, ponder over them beyond however long you've been pondering, and reply back to you on any given day with her most sincerest thoughts.
4. Everything Faiole does, she does in a manner which she presumes is respectable. Faiole is a young lady who likes to carry herself proudly and reasons every action with proper contemplation.
5. Faiole is a girl with many, many thoughts. A conversation with her is similar to skipping rocks with gigantic intervals between each skip. It's easy to get lost in all her randomosity, but each question she asks she makes sure is a thoughtful question. So thoughtful that most adults Faiole speaks to often rebuke her as a nosy child (for being overly inquisitive as if such a thing could exist) and most children do not bother to talk to her at all. Because of this, Faiole is often alone without anyone to express her endless thoughts to... by snuffluff

Faiole's favorite place to be is in her own room on the 3rd floor of her family's exuberantly colored house. It is here where she keeps the darkness in at all times and it may be the reason why her skin appears so pink and pale. On certain nights when the air is breezy and the sky is rippled with stars, Faiole comes out and to look at the scene above. Despite this, her 3rd floor room is her sanctuary and it is not likely she'd come out.
