The leader will choose who thinks deserves to be in a position.
Sub-Council members are chosen first if a council member leaves.

Ranks listed from the lowest to the highest.

Must be an active guild member for a month.

Female Sub-Council position
Must be an active guild member for a month.
Powers: None

Faerie Wizard

Spare position for a male council member.
Powers: None until I see it needed.

Faerie Angel

5th Council Position
Must be a very active member.
Powers: Message Board & Calendar Monitor.

Faerie Maiden

4th Council Position
Must be a very very active member.
Powers: All Powers

Faerie Goddess

3rd Council Position
Must be very very very active member.
Must know HTML very well.
Powers: All Powers

Faerie Queen
