In case you haven't noticed, I haven't updated the site in over 2 months. I will no longer be updating, but rather archiving the site. I suggest going to the Plot - Altador boards if you need help, or try going to my guild, the Altadorian Plot Hunters Guild. I'm sorry everyone, I just haven't the time to update the site anymore.

EDIT: I've decided to move everything BUT the guide to my chomby's pet page. This will decrease the loading time of the page, and increase the speed in which you can catch up to the plot. :)

The guild is still incredibly active, and the members are more than happy to help you! :D So... Please stop neomailing me telling me things I already know. :P

The Guide

Introduction

First, you want to start off by going to the Hall of Heroes. So let's go to Altador, and then click on the Hall of Heroes building. It's the biggest building in the center of the city.

Now, once you're there, it should be dark. Do you see the orange Neopet in the back? Click on him!

You'll be taken to an orange Yurble who talks about the hall and the button that is next to him. Click on the button, even though he said it doesn't work, then click continue.

He'll now be very angry! I think it's best if we go back to the Altadorian Archives now!

Once you're there, click on the open doors. You'll see an old Lenny and a messy room. He'll talk about the button, and then suggest that there might be a book in the Archives that could help! What about that book holding up the table? That looks good. Click on it!

He'll tell you that he's using the book for a stand! Drat! We'll have to find some thing to replace it with!

Go back to Altador and click on the yellow highlighted area. You'll now be taken to a rock quarry! How exciting. *twirls finger in air*

You see the slate of rock in the back that's highlighted in red? Click on it, and then hit continue.

Now, go back to the Altadorian Archives, and into the room with the Lenny again. Click on the book one more time, and it will automatically switch the slate of rock with the book for you. Click continue!

He looks a lot happier, doesn't he? He tells you about the book, and he's completely right. It just has a prologue, and nothing more. Just 54 empty pages. D: You can read the prologue if you want, but you don't have to. Once you're done, go back to Altador!

Once you're there, go to the Hall of Heroes again, and click on the orange Yurble one more time. He's calmer now, and tells you that the gears might just be rusty, and that you should get some oil.

-invalid_words-

Go back to the hall, and start clicking on the statues. It doesn't matter which one, you find the oil at complete random. Once you do, though, click on the "Take the Oil" button to progress.

Now that you have the oil, go back to the Yurble. He'll tell you that he's greased the gears, and that the button should work now. So give her a go! Click the button!

Oh! The button made the ceiling open up! Go ahead and click continue.

Yikes! The Yurble is mad again! Let's go back to the Hall of Heroes!

Hey, what's that staircase on the left side of the Hall of Heroes? Let's find out!

Wow! A skylight room thingy! Let's just call it the Astronomy Lookout! Nothing to do in here yet, though, so let's go back to Hall of Heroes and examine those statues more closely. Click on any one of them, it doesn't matter. Now, at the VERRRY top of the statue you should be able to click.

Go ahead and click, and you'll see something like the above picture. You can read further into this in our Constellations section of the guide! :)

Anyways, we've done everything possible in the Hall of Heroes. Let's go to the Altadorian Archives and click on the telescope in the center of the plaque board. You'll be take to the Astronomer's Club. Scroll down a bit, and click the button that says, "Join the Astronomy Club!"

Congratulations! You're now a valued member of the Astronomy Club! Be proud of yourself, you'll be mapping the stars soon! :)

If you scroll down some, you'll notice that the other members have bought you your very own E-Z See Telescope! How thoughtful! Well, we're done here. Let's go back to the Astronomy Lookout and put that telescope to use!

Notice the empty telescope stand in the center? Click on it, and it will open up a whole new page included with stars and... space! Guess what we have to do now! That's right, map the constellations! You can view how to do this in the Guide to the Sky section. :)

Chapter 1

The next thing we'll want to do is go to the tomb. You can either click the link, or go to Altador and click where the yellow box is above. :)

Once there, you'll notice two lines coming to the center to some what form a V. If you click on any of the small dots (engravings) on the door, it will take you to a page. The page displays the door again, but in the dark with the engravings lighting up. Weird! :)

What you want to do now is go to the Altadorian Archives and click on the open doors. The Lenny archivist will talk to you about the tomb among other things (I forgot what they were :D). After you talk to him, head on over to the telescope! :)

Let me just say this now. If you want to have a MUCH easier time finding your constellations, then at this point, I highly suggest you go to www.boomspeed.com/zaniam/theSky.html and follow the instructions there TO THE WORD. It will make this thing a whole lot easier. :)

Anyways, once you're at the telescope, you need to start looking for the EXACT constellation that you found in the door. It should be perfectly symetrical, meaning it will be perfectly lined up. :) Once you've got 6 stars chosen, the submit button will come up. Click on it, and if the constellation matches the one you found in the door, the following message will appear:

You don't have to worry about the constellation disappearing after you exit out of the telescope, it stays even after you do. :) Here's an image of what comes up after you've made a successful constellation:

After that, you want to go back to the Altadorian Archives, and go see the Lenny archaivist again. He'll tell you about the constellation, and then inform you that the Book of Ages has suddenly gained more pages! Let's go take a look! NOTE: You HAVE to look at the book before continueing.

Click on the little book in the back of the room, and then click on the little flaps at the top of the pages.

A few things are new, so let's check around. You should go see the janitor and see what he has to say, and then go back the Astronomy Club and see what they tell you! Another new thing is that if you go click on the Darkest Faerie and click at the very top of the statue, you'll see that the jewels are lit up! :)

Chapter 2

Now that you've seen all there is to see there, let's head on over to Altador again. Up in the north-eastern part of the skies should be a cloud, surrounded by yellow above, that you can click on. Let's do just that! Click it!

There are small breaks in the top parts of the clouds that give off a small view to the mountains. Click on any one of the breaks, and you'll be taken to a new page like you were with the tomb.

This is the next constellation that you'll need to make! So now that you've found it, let's go to the telescope!

Once there, you need to start looking for the constellation of the dreamer. This one is a bit harder than the last one, but please do not neomail me asking if I will do this part for you. It's cheating, and I don't like it. Not only that but it's just going to keep getting harder and harder. You can find the constellation you're looking for in the constellations section under Psellia, the Dreamer. :)

After you've made the constellation and you submit it, this message should come up:

And then the following image in the sky:

After that, you want to go back and check with the Janitor, the Lenny Archaivist, the Astronomy Club, and the jewels above Psellia, the Dreamer. When you go to the Janitor, he tells you that the jewels above the statues have been lighting up lately, but we already knew that. After the Janitor, you should go to the Archaivist and see what he has to say. He tells you that there's a new chapter in the Book of Ages, and is astounded by the recent happenings in Altador, questioning why it's happening now that you're there.

Anyways, after the Lenny you need to go to the Astronomy Club. They'll be amazed that you've found another constellation so soon, and... well, that's basically it. :) Then, to the jewels above Psellia, the Dreamer. Check those out to see your new made constellation! :)

Chapter 3

Alright, now that we've found our second constellations, let's go get the third! You want to start off by going back to the tomb and clicking on the EXACT location surrounded by red above.

You'll be taken to a page with an image in the center like the one above, and some text talking about the view of Altador. That's all fine and dandy, but we're on a quest right now. :) So let's get out of here, and head on over to the Hall of Heroes. The statues at the top have some windows behind them, and have the ability to see where we want to. But the only one that we need is the window behind the Dancer.

Click on her statue, and then click once more window behind her! :)

You'll end up looking out the window at the spot where the beam of light from the sun shines. There, we'll see those mysterious balls of light that give us a constellation! So click on one of them to get the constellation!

So we need to find the First to Rise? Cake walk! But we have to talk to some people before we find this next constellation, so let's go over to the Altadorian Archives and see what the Lenny has to say, then go back one and head to the Astronomy Club. Once you've done that, you can go to your telescope and find the constellation of the First to Rise! :)

Once you've found it, the following message will appear:

Click continue, and you'll see the First to Rise on your telescope:

We must now follow our routine of checking up on the Janitor, the Archaivist Lenny, and the Astronomy Club! So go do that, and once you're at the Astronomy Club, you'll notice that they'll make you an honorary member by giving you an Astronomy Club Membership Badge! The Lenny will also have some thing for you, a list of all the clues you've found which can be seen here. He doesn't tell you, but the Book of Ages has been updated too. :)

Chapter 4

Once you've done that, you should go back to the main Altador map and click on the building circled in yellow above.

When you do, you'll be taken to the Old Follies Farm. He'll talk to you and inform you that he has a distant relative in Altador, working the "the city". :P It's a yurble, too... Hmm, who could it be? Heh...

In order to continue, you need to click on the door that is circled in the yellow box above. You'll be taken to the inside of the windmill, with lots of different gadgets and a mysterious lever. I say we pull it...

Yikes! The farmer Follie doesn't like it when we do that! He tells us, "WINDMILLS DO NOT WORK THAT WAY!" Let's get out of here before he does anything else! But first... Pretty view. :P Click on the window behind you.

Heh, I think you know what those are. Click on any one of the hay stacks.

Woopee! The next constellation! :) Let's go talk to the Lenny archivist! Once you have, head over to your telescope and get ready to plot that constellation!

Once you've found it, the following message will come up:

Hit continue, and you will now see your new constellation. :)

Congratulations! As always, go and visit the Astronomy Club, talk to the Janitor, and speak with the Lenny archivist.

Chapter 5

Once you've done that, head back to the Altadorian Archives and click on the new flyer with a disco ball on it that is circled in yellow above.

After clicking on the flyer, you'll be taken to the Disco Club! But hey... those six lights in the back look some what important. Click on any one of them and...

Haha! The newest constellation! This should be pretty easy. :) Let's head on over to the Altadorian Archives and speak with the Lenny archivist. Once you've done that, go to your telescope and find the constellation!

Once you've found it, the following message will come up:

When it does, click continue. You'll now be able to see a tamberine. :)

Another constellation down! Like always, go speak to the Lenny archivist, talk to the Janitor, and meet with the Astronomy Club. Of course you should read the Book of Ages and read more about the history of Altador. :)

Chapter 6

After all of that, though, you can head to back to Altador so we can continue with the plot. The next thing you'll want to do is click on the dock that is circled by the yellow box in the image above.

Doing this will take you to the Docks. Whodathunkit? :P But anyways... Those white waves look kinda funny. Click on any one of them and...

Hey! Look at that! A new constellation! Leave the docks and get your butt over to the Lenny archivist! Once you've done that, skedaddle! Get to your telescope to find that constellation!

Once you've found it, the following message will come up:

Click continue, and a wave will now be in your sky! :) Hooray!

Do I even need to tell you anymore? Check up on these places:

  1. The Lenny archivist
  2. Janitor
  3. Astronomy Club
  4. Read the Book of Ages

Chapter 6.5

But wait! Your fellow astronomer's (except for the club president, the party-pooper) have managed to find you a nice gift! How thoughtful! :) But it's a bit... broken. Oh well! We can get that fixed up in a jiffy. :) Head over to Donny's Toy Repair Shop, and select the Broken Astrolabe. He'll charge you a random amount of neopoints to fix it, so if you don't have enough go and play some games!

When you get it fixed, it will turn into a Shiny Astrolabe. :) Look at that shimmer action...

Ok! Enough play time! (Please excuse the bad pun :P) Back to business!

Chapter 7

Head back to Altador, and go to the Colosseum.

This is where things get pretty tricky, not to mention annoying! What you need to do is find, basically, a needle in a haystick. You will have to click on every single one of those doors until you find this guy..

He'll inform you about the secret Punch Club, and ask you if you want to join! How exciting. :) Click the 'Go with him to Punch Club!' button, and you'll end up at the secret meeting of fellow members of the Punch Club. :)

This is... Probably the most annoying part of the plot that the Neopets Team has developed YET. What you are now required to do is click the three bowls of punch in a certain order, and then click on the golden chalice between the orange bowl and purple bowl. Luckily, I've got all of the possibly combinations for you! :) Go ahead and start putting them in. Also, I suggest that you click the chalice after EVER click of a bowl.

1,1,1 1,1,2 1,1,3
1,2,1 1,2,2 1,2,3
1,3,1 1,3,2 1,3,3
2,1,1 2,1,2 2,1,3
2,2,1 2,2,2 2,2,3
2,3,1 2,3,2 2,3,3
3,1,1 3,1,2 3,1,3
3,2,1 3,2,2 3,2,3
3,3,1 3,3,2 3,3,3

Well... there ya' have it. All of the possible orders.

Once you've gotten the correct order and click on the golden chalice, you'll get a larger view of cup. :) Try clicking on one of the pointed edges of the shield-like indention.

Once you hit it correctly, your next constellation will be revealed to you. :) So what are we still doing here?! Get moving! Go talk to the Lenny archivist!

Once you've done that, go to your telescope and find the next constellation!

Once you've found it, the following message will come up:

You can then click continue, and you'll see that a shield has been added to your sky! Interesting! :)

Now, go and check up on the following:

  1. The Lenny archivist
  2. Janitor
  3. Astronomy Club
  4. Read the Book of Ages

Uh oh, it looks like your fellow astronomers have gotten fed up with the club president's grumpy attitude. They plan on overthrowing him and making you the new club leader soon! Good for you, bad for him. Poor guy...

Chapter 8

Anyways, in order to find this next constellation, you're going to need between 200 - 600 neopoints. First, go to Illustrious Armoury and check the inflation. You can see the inflation by looking the description of the shop, it's extremely easy to find. You'll need to multiply the inflation price by 100 (2.53% becomes 253, 5.61% becomes 561, ect.) and make it so you are only carrying that many neopoints. So if the inflation price is 3.45%, you'll need 345 neopoints.

When you've done that, the Illustrious Armoury might be selling an item called a coin purse. If it is, click it. Do not worry, your neopoints will not be taken but you won't get to keep the item. Once you've clicked it, you'll now be able to see your constellation! :) You can skip the next few steps.

If the item does not appear, then go to Exquisite Ambrosia. Once again, check the inflation price, withdraw the correct amount of neopoints, and check the shop. Now, the Exquisite Ambrosia might be selling a chocolate coin. If it is, click it. That's your constellation! :) You can skip the next step.

Once more, if the item doesn't appear, you need to go to Magical Marvels. Check the inflation price, get the correct amount of neopoints, and check the shop. Magical Marvel has to be selling a scale. (If it is not, you did some thing wrong.) You need to click on the scales, and there's your constellation!

That's the constellation!

Hurry yourself over to talk to the
Lenny archivist. Once you have, go to your telescope and find the 8th constellation!

Once you've found it, the following message will come up:

Click continue, and some scales will appear in your sky. :)

Like always, go and do the following:

  1. Speak to the Lenny archivist
  2. Speak to the Janitor
  3. Meet with the Astronomy Club
  4. Read the Book of Ages

The members of the Astronomy Club are getting ready to overthrow the club president!

Chapter 9

Alright! In order to get the next constellation, the first thing you need to do is head back to the Altadorian Archives. You'll see a bright red Lenny that looks pretty familiar peering his head out from behind the column to your right.

Click on him and he'll tell you that he's the Lenny from Lenny Conundrum, and that the archivist is his relative! He'll also tell you that it's his birthday soon, and he wanted to get him some thing special. But, he'll need your help to do it. He says that he's planning on decorating and fixing up the Lenny archivist's old meepit plushie. How thoughtful. :)

Considering the archivist might get suspicious if he sees his relative standing around in his office, we're going to have to get the meepit for him! So, go and see the Lenny archivist.

You need to click on the jar indicated above in order to get the Lenny archivist distracted, so do it! You'll end up throwing a rock at it, causing the Lenny to turn around. Now's your chance! Grab the meepet plushie sitting on the table. You'll have the plushie, and the Lenny will be none the wiser.

Go back and see the red Lenny. He'll take the meepit but inform you that it's not the right one! Darn!

Go back into the archives and the handle on the door to the left should now be open. Click on it, and you'll be taken to a room with shelves and shelves of books. There are also some doors in the room. Click on the one to the right until you are able to click on the smaller door in the top right of the room. When you are, do it.

Whoopee! Meepet plushies to last us a life time! Too bad we have to hide them. Click on the on the "Hide them" button, and they'll be gone. Now that his extras are gone, go back and talk to the Lenny archivist. Click on the jar in the back to throw the pebble again, and then take the plushie from the table. The Lenny will turn around and tell you how he's lost his extras, and he's going to have to put his favorite plushie on display. Perfect! Throw the pebble one last time, take the plushie, and then go talk to the red Lenny!

Good! Now we can get this plushie fixed up and give it back to the archivist as a present! The red Lenny ripped it's head off on accident, though! Oh great! Click on the "Uh-oh" button, and he'll tell you what I just did. But what's this? A dagger sticking out of the plushie? I wonder what could be coming soon...

Click on the dagger and.. Yay! The next constellation! Go talk to the Lenny archivist to tell him about his broken plushie, and then go find that constellation!

Once you've found it, the following message will come up:

Click on continue, and you'll now see a dagger in the sky!

  1. Speak to the Lenny archivist
  2. Speak to the Janitor
  3. Meet with the Astronomy Club
  4. Read the Book of Ages

Congratulations on finding your 9th constellation! When you meet with the Astronomy Club, you'll notice that the club president is beggining to get violent. Your fellow members give you a... beater? Anyways, they tell you that you might have to use it soon!
