1. Please only neomail my x15stitches account once or twice xD I have all neomail blocked on my side accounts. Please give me a few days (or even a week) to reply - sometimes life gets in the way of Neo, sadly!

2. If you were wondering - any form of applications will be considered. If you want to do a petpage application, please know I don't rate them any higher than a well-written neomail or neomails, but it /is/ easier to fit more on a petpage, so if you think you'll be writing more than two or three neomails worth of content, just stick it on a petpage so it's easier for both of us ^^

3. You must have been playing Neopets for at least 4 months before you can adopt one of these pets. If your account is younger than this, you won't be able accept the transfer. However - for the right owner, I may be willing to hold a foster and wait until your account is aged. Ask if this is an issue.

4. You must not already have 4 pets. This just defeats the purpose of adoption. Please do not pound a pet to adopt this one. You must have a space for the foster on your accounts.

5. You must understand that there is no guarantee I will choose you to be the new owner of the foster you apply for. Foster parents frequently get a lot of applications, so someone is going to lose out. Sorry.

6. Please list all of your accounts in your application. Also - please specify the account you'll be using to adopt my foster.

7. Only apply if you are interested in keeping the foster pet for yourself. I have seen pets adopted from one adoption agency, purely to be listed in another, and I have seen people apply purely so they could use the foster to trade for some other pet entirely. Keep in mind, I'm trying to do something nice here - giving away painted pets. Don't abuse that; only apply if you're sincere in wanting to keep this foster.

8. Include The Neopian Orphanage's Pledge of Good Ownership in your application, and mean it.

The Pledge of Good Ownership:

If I am chosen, I, (your name) , pledge to be the best owner I can be for my new Neopet, (pet's name) . I understand all the sadness that he/she has already been through, and so I will provide everything he/she needs to be happy. I promise to be a friend to my new Neopet and never ever ever put him/her through the pain of neglect or abandonment again.

9. You must agree that if, for any reason, you found yourself unable to take care of a fosterling adopted from me, you would contact me (x15stitches), either to return the pet to my care, or to allow me to be involved in selecting a new owner, if that's what you wish to do.

I am in no way, shape or form selling my pets. I am just looking for a kind, caring home for them. I reserve the right to extend deadlines to allow for more applicants if applications received do not meet expectations. I am also IN NO WAY asking for any compensation for improving these pets. That's just silly.

The following pets are up for adoption. Their levels may increase, as I do try and train my fosters.
