4. You must not already have 4 pets on your account. Do not pound a pet to adopt this one.

6. Only apply if you are interested in keeping the foster pet for yourself. I'm trying to do something nice here - giving away painted pets. Don't abuse that; only apply if you're sincere in wanting to keep this foster.

7. Include TNOs Pledge of Good Ownership in your application, and mean it.
