Haaaah! Danae-Echidna here! I'm really sorry to all of those applicants who have had a delayed response. A lot of stuff has been happening this year and I haven't had a lot of time to come on Neopets - don't worry I'm making it my new years resolution to come on more often!
RULES
1. Your account must be at least 4 months old to adopt. This is not my rule it's neopets.
2. ALL applications must be sent to Danae_Echidna (unless specified otherwise).
3. Do not offer Neopoints or Items in the hopes of having a better chance to get the pet, not only is it against my Agency's rules it's also against Neopets.
4. Please refrain from using chatspeak. I don't mind the odd lol but saying "plz cn 1 hav ur pet. ill b a rate gd owner" will seriously reduce your chances of adoption.
5. If you don't get the pet or it is lost in the pound do not harass me (or the new owner), this WILL get you blocked.
6. You are only allowed ONE application at one time. Applying for multiple pets is not tolerated.
7. I can't guarantee you will get the pet. Once it's in the pound it's up for anyone to adopt.
8. I will try to get back to every applicant however if you don't hear anything from me within one week of your application (and my status says I've been online since) please assume you havent been chosen.
9. In your application you must clearly (so i can easily see it) say "Pigs will fly" to prove you've read these rules. I AM NO LONGER GOING TO BE LEINIENT WITH THIS RULE! TOO MANY PEOPLE ARE IGNORING IT!
10. By applying you are declaring that you understand and agree with the rules above. You also agree that it's the rightful pet owners decision as to whom gets the pet and that you fully respect that.
Oh yeah and another thing, ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE 3 OR LESS PETS! Anyone who applies with 4 will be immediately blacklisted.

So you want to adopt?That's great! But here are a few tips to make your application that little bit better;
1. In your applications try to awnser these questions
a) Why do you think you would be the most suitable owner for the pet?
b) Apart from the pet you are applying for, what would be your ideal pet on Neopets and why?
c) What is your current goal on Neopets
2. In awnsering your questions you can be as vague or as detailed as you like, however I recommend you do a short-medium paragraph for each
3. I accept Pet Pages, Poems, Art etc. however I don't recommend you make them, a neomail application is very much prefered.
4. Do not beg, this will just annoy me.
5. Use good spelling/grammar. I don't mind if you spell words wrong and your sentences don't quite string together, however a well written application shows more effort and is a lot more appealing. Oh yeah that reminds me, no chatspeak. I mean I don't mind basic chatspeak and smileys (lol, :) etc...) however shortening every word and making big text pictures which take 5 minutes to figure out will (also) annoy me
6. Use the Pets correct Name/Gender. Easy brownie points ; ).
7. Stand out. You know what to do...

I have quite a lot of goals on Neopets at the moment, but I'd really love to have a faerie kougra; however faerie paintbrushes are too expensive :(.

This isn't the worst I expect but it does plead, use too much chatspeak, gets the pets gender wrong and needs a little more detail in the awnsers.
FAQ
Q: You rejected me but the pet is still up for adoption, Explain?
A: At White Rainbow we don't adopt pets out for the sake of it, sometimes it's a case of waiting for the right application to come.
Q: You rejected me, should I apply again?
A: No. A reject is a reject, perhaps you should apply for another pet?
Q: I want to put my pet on your page, where do I go?
A: Read the section below
Q: I want to give you negative feed back on your page, but don't want to offend you what should I do?
A: I am open to critism on two conditions. Firstly give me a comment on how I could improve, that way it's constructive. Secondly, try not to be too rude about it (compare: "I find your look up a little boring' and Your lookup is really boring and stupid, go burn in Jelly World")
Q: I don't understand waht you meant by "Stand out. You know what to do..."!
A: I can't tell you how to stand out because that would defy the whole point.

Terms and Conditions
1. By submitting a pet you are agreeing that you are 100% happy about putting it up for adoption.
2. Any pets on the page (mine or yours) follow the agencies standard procedures and rules. If however you have a problem with this add it in your application and I'll see what I can do. (example you prefer pet page applications to neomails)
3. Any communication between you and a potential owner has to be kept strictly on the Neopets site. Any off site problems are neither mine, the agency or Neopets resbonsibility.
4. You are free to pull out at anytime if you wish, I'd really rather you only did this due to lack of applicants. However it is your pet and your decision
6. The above rule however does not give you control over whether your pet stays on the site. Here are some of the reasons why I might take it off;
a) I find you abusing the site or rules
b) You have been inactive for 14 days without notice or 28 days with notice (unless I give you permission to be inactive for longer than that, which you are free to request)
c) I find your pet is no longer on the account you have specified, in which case I will assume it's found a new home :)
