Hello guest and welcome to my NeoQuest II Guide. It has everything you need to know about NeoQuest II.
If you don't know what NeoQuest II is then let me explain it to you. NeoQuest II is the sequal game to NeoQuest. It's a non-interactive game where you're the main character Rohane (row-hain) whose a child whose father is a great adventurer who I think died, (I can't remember) well at least he doesn't live with them. He lives with his mother (momma's boy!) and wants to become an adventurer like his father. He travels to many worlds and meets new friends to go on his adventures.
If you have any questions the you can neomail me Here my username is nathanmfunderburg (you have to type that in)
I am constantly editing this page so check back soon
What I'm working on putting the bosses on the Haunted Woods level and then the Faerieland level. Then, I might put in the monsters for the levels or what level you should be to battle the the different bosses.
For now you can neomail me about those things if you have questions.
RPG
NeoQuest I & II is a RPG. RPGs are games where you play as a specific person or persons and go on different adventures. This section of the guide will help you use NeoQuest II and other RPGs to have fun to the fullest extent.
Exploration
The basics for exploration in NeoQuest II is explore, explore, explore! Especially if you want to gain more exp. points. Once you defeat a monster then depending on how hard the monster or boss is then you get exp, coins, items and if it's a boss you can get np and weapons or armor. Then, with that amount of coins you can buy weapons, armor, or more items from shops in towns that you come upon in your adventures.
Towns
On each world you will find different cities and towns. Each town has a gathering of shops (potion, weapon, and armor shops) and an inn. As said in the last section (exploration) when you defeat monster you get coins andyou can use these coins to buy armor, weapons, and items. Use this to your advantages and get the best items you can get.
Items
Items play a big part in NeoQuest II. Some items heal you or the whole party, some items hurt the enemy in the battle, ans ome do other stuff. You can get items in shops or by battling monsters.
Weapons and Armor
Weapons and armor are also very important in RPGs. The armor can help defend you from enemies and take less damage. While weapons help boost the damage your attacks do to the enemy. You can get these by fighting bosses or by buying them in stores. So get the best weapons and armor you can get.
Basics of Combat
When you explore different worlds you can choose two different modes, Normal or Hunting, to explore in. In Normal mode you encounter less monsters to have to fight, while in Hunting mode there's more monster that attack you.
Basics of Combat
part II
In battle you, your party, and the monster or boss have turns to attack, use a potion, or use a spell. When it's your turn you can either attack the boss or monster, use a potion, but if it's Mipsy or Velm's turn you can cast spell to help the party or attack the monster. When defeating a monster or boss you get exp (experience points) after your exp gauge is full you can gain a level. Gaining and using levels is continued in next RPG section.
Gaining Levels
As said in the last section of RPGs once your exp gauge fills up you gain a level. This section you can find out how to use levels to the fullest extent. There are many different choices of abilities to level up on. The more you level up on one thing the more powerful you get on that one thing.
Status
The party's status when exploring is at the top of the screen where your exploring. While you are in battle your status is at the bottom of the screen below your picture. When your health gauge is green that means your gauge is full or close to being full. When it's yellow you should probably heal just in case. And when it's red you should definitely heal or else you're about to die.
Your Party
This section helps you use the party's abilities to the fullest extent.
Rohane- Take damage and do damage, but can't do as much damage as Mipsy
Mipsy- Can't take damage, but can do a lot with group or direct damage
Talinia- Can take some and do some damage
Velm- Can take a little damage and can heal party
KO
When out of health in battle you can't battle for the rest of that battle. When out of health go to your inventory in NeoQuest II (not your real inventory) and use a resurrecting potion to bring the person back to life.
