Hello, hello there wonderful Xohlian.
This is my council application. In case you can't tell.

I've been on council once before, sometime last year I believe. And now I'm trying again. A little ambition never hurt anyone, hm?
Let me just start off by saying that I can't live without role-playing. I can't live without Xohlia. I can't live without SMUDGE.
Though that last statement should be obvious.
So, who am I, exactly? And why should you vote for me? Well, let's see...

Humph. A truly exquisite word. My alias. Does it not ring sweetly in your ear?
I've been role-playing since late fifth grade - I am now a freshman in high school. I started out with a lot of warriors and feline, but I've slowly transitioned into fantasy, which I've completely fallen in love with.
I'm the one who makes the layouts. And I'm quite proud of them. Especially the animated ones. And believe me, those take forever. It's all for SMUDGE, though, all for SMUDGE.
No, but seriously. I am so totally completely 100% dedicated to Xohlia. That's one thing about me; I have complete faith that ten years from now, Xohlia will still be running. SMUDGE will still rule over my life. My characters will still argue in my head. And the demons won't have completely destroyed the universe.
I am not the most active person, yes. School keeps me extremely busy. I'm putting off work just to write this app, but it's worth it. But I check Xohlia at least once a day, if not for a fleeting moment - just to see if there's any big news. I may not post anything, but believe me, I'm there. Just like any old Xohlian stalker.
I've joined the fantasy. I live the fantasy. I love the fantasy.

In case you need a bit more convincing on the greatness that is Humph (if I can say so myself), here are some opinions from my most beloved characters. Read 'em and enjoy.

Ayris: Humph is quite a nice girl; she really cares for me, I think. Though I don't quite enjoy how she made my hair; it is a bit too frizzy for my taste. But oh well. She never makes me do anything too embarrassing, or at least, not yet, so I am happy.

Oh, Ayris. I've always liked you.

Maleria: Have you seen what's going on between me and Solerion? I mean, why would any sane role-player ever put one of their characters through such an...ordeal. I can't say I'm altogether fond of Humph. I mean, for the love of the Goddess! Before I knew it, she had me telling things to that fat dragon that I never told anyone! Like my deepest, darkest secret: I think squirrels are cute.
Humph. What a cruel, cruel person.

Um. Well, you know, Maleria's always been quite the cynic. Maybe I shouldn't have asked her... You know what? You can just ignore her. Heh.

Kyriae: Humph only gave me one wing. One. Sharding. Wing.
Enough said, I believe.

Syth && Thal: We'd rather not say anything.

Wait, what's that supposed to mean?!

Jhayora: Well, Humph hasn't used be in months, so I don't have much to say either. Though she is a pleasant person, I suppose.

Sophina: Can't you see I'm busy doing my Guardian duties? I don't have time to help you out, for Goddess's sake! Now leave me alone.

Someone's in a bad mood, it seems.

Cyn: Humph? I thoroughly dislike her. I mean, do you know what's happened to me? First, she puts me in a family that I'm totally not good for, and then she makes me run away from the family, meanwhile meeting the two greatest friends in the world, but wait! - They'll both die. If she's trying to teach me some sort of lesson, well, I'm not liking it. Humph, Humph. You better watch out when you're walking alone at night.

Oh...good Goddess. Um, well, in my defense, that story was good! My English teacher loved it! So there.
You know, maybe it wasn't the best idea, asking my characters to testify. They haven't had very good days, I suppose. You can disregard what they're saying.

Well, that's my council application. I'm not sure how much good those testimonials did; but, the point is, I would be so very honored to be voted back to council again. So, so very honored. Soooo honored.
