Tools Needed: Brush Tool
Approx. Time: 1-2 Minutes

Step 1. Find the brush tool. (see tools key at top to see what it looks like)

Step 2. Go to default brushes and click on the circle that is 3px.

Step 3. Click this:


Step 4. Paste in an image. I will be using this one:

Step 5. Move the brush around the picture as you would a regular brush.
