Welcome to The Pound Chatters!

The idea of creating The PCers came to Blue (guild leader) while bumping a thread she had made warning people against the scam website being advertised by hacked user accounts. The PC is a guild mainly for users who spend a good deal of their time on the PC, or Pound Chat. Our guild has many functions. We inform members of the latest scams, give advice on pet trades, help with pet applications, talk about pound misses and catches, create pet trading and pound surfing threads, and give members an opportunity to make friends with fellow PCers. We also offer guild services, which are discussed in detail below.

How to Join

The Pound Chatters is a private guild, so before you apply to join please read the following requirements we expect of all members:

Requirements
- Literacy is a must! If we can't understand what you're trying to say, you won't fit in well with the guild as our boards are constantly humming with conversation.

- Although it isn't a solid requirement, we do prefer that you join the guild on your main account-blocked-ing on your main will also increase your chances of getting in!

- Your account must be 4+ months old.

If you fit the above requirements and have read the rules (below), now you're ready to fill out an application! When you're finished, send the completed product to Blue (blue_magic).

Rules

1. Absolutely no spam on the boards! The guild board is a place for us to help one another out with trading/application advice or just for casual conversation. Any post that is considered spam will not count towards your post count and slow your chances of achieving a higher rank. Please try to refrain from posting more than twice in a row.

2. Respect your fellow guildmates. We recently went through quite a bit of drama with a user who had absolutely no care towards others' feelings. This person was rude, off-putting, blunt, and quite frankly hard to deal with. They are no longer part of our guild and one of the main reasons we decided to go private and require applications to join; there is little to no tolerance in our guild for being simply ridiculous.

3. Debates are fine, but arguing is prohibitied. As I mentioned earlier, this guild is a place for us to relax and make friends; the occasional friendly debate is not a problem, but anything that crosses the line will be put to a stop.

4. Keep Eco (ecology) updated about your UFT/UFA pets. It's not fair to Eco or the other guild members if you keep the UFT/UFA Agency bogged down with pets that have already been traded or adopted out. Be sure to inform her if any changes need to be made and do it as soon as possible.

5. Contribute to the guild! We currently have a couple of users who can't post on the boards often but manage to keep the guild running in other ways. If you want to be in a guild, you have to help things go smoothly. Participate in the activities we have (coming soon), get to know people in the guild via the message board, advertise for new members, and so on. Be a part of our family!

6. You must post on the boards unless I give you special permission not to. The people who get excused from being active on the message board contribute in other helpful ways, like I said earlier. This privilege only applies to two people currently. There is no required post amount per week, but if I haven't seen you on the boards at all you'll be deleted. This process is called a "member sweep" and occurs every Saturday.

7. Neomail Blue (blue_magic) if you're going to be absent for any reason. Vacation, sickness, family problems.. just let me know if you're going away for a bit (Maximum absence time is 3 weeks).

8. Do not post anything inappropriate or against TNT's rules on the guild message board. This especially applies to off-site links; even if you want to show us a picture, just put it on a petage. We don't want the entire guild getting in trouble because of what one person did.

9. Please try to have your name in your siggy. This isn't required, but it's extremely helpful in such an active guild like ours. We'd like to call you by your name, not your username.

Guild Teams

Due to our growing size, The PCers have decided to split the guild right down the middle into two teams - the Kiran and the Lesovi! New members that have been accepted into the guild will be placed into the team that at the time has less members than the opposing team. Leaders have not yet been discussed or decided for teams yet, but they will very soon.

UFT/UFA Agency

To add pets to the agency, please fill out the following form Eco (ecology) has provided and neomail it to her.

1. What is the pet's name, species, color?
2. Is the pet UFA, UFT, or both?
3. If UFA, are there rules/a rules page, and a deadline?
4. If UFT, what are you seeking for the pet?

Make sure that you notify Eco if you've traded one of the pets she has added or adopted them out so that she can keep the page as efficient as possible. Feel free to ask us on the message boards for advice on your latest trade offers or applications! (:
