You can use it once a day forever, it can change its color, species, give it stats or take aways stats, you don't get to pick, its random.
You know a pet has stats like strength and defence, it can change your pet species like from a meerca to a grarrl or to any other pet species.

Mine usually stare, groan or some other thing. Is this just a waste of time or is it actually worth doing?

You can bring your pet for a Roo Island Merry Go Round, Tiki Tours, give them toys to play, or put them to the Grand Neopian Neolodge (may take some time).

Did the queen faerie ask to find a baby paintbrush before?
And in return she given a fire xtweetok morphing potion?

Answer:-
Not sure if the Queen Faerie will ask for a paint brush or not. To me, I don't think she will ask for a paint brush. She only gives out stats, not items. When her quest is completed, she will grant your pet level, strength, and hit (endurance) points.

Question:-
Is it for those normal faeries, fire faerie, light faerie, earth faerie, air faerie, dark faerie, and water faerie that can't use the shop wizard and alway ask for one items only?
How about the taelia, illusen and jhudora?

Answer:-
As far as I know, for the normal 6 faeries fire faerie, light faerie, earth faerie, air faerie, dark faerie, and water faerie and 3 rare faeries are the faerie queen, the space faerie, and the fountain faerie, shop wizards can not be used, and only one item is asked.
The taelia, illusen and jhudora won't stop you from using the shop wizard and you can choose to do the quest or not.

Is it really true that I can't use glass paintbrush again?

Answer:-
Stone and Glass are retired colours. These colours no longer exist on the site, and Neopets can no longer be painted with brushes of these colours. Faerie and Lost Desert are examples of retired paint brushes. These can still be used to paint your Neopet. But these are only given out under special circumstances. You can refer to Editorial Issue: 240

Is their any other way to earn neopoints besides playing games?

Answer:-
Besides playing games to earn neopoints. You also can earn neopoints by Re-Stocking, Auction, Trading, Investment in Stock Market, Random Events, Employment Agency, Scratchcards, repair Bag Of Broken Neopoints, selling of Plot Award items, Goodie Bags, by selling items from completed a quest (like Snow Faerie quest, Kitchen quest, etc...).

I was wondering how you got, on your lookup next to last seen it says steath! What does that mean and how do you get it?

Answer:-
Neggs can do all kinds of things. Some can change pet's stats, some are battledome weapons, some are just expensive food, some do nothing at all. I'm sure that some neggs can do other things.

How to have color text when posting?

Answer:-
You can go to boards at top yellow sidebar, then click Preferences, under NeoHTML, type in the HTML code (there is a example to show you how to do it.), finally click Submit at bottom.

(1) Go to "Board" at top yellow sidebar.
(2) Go to Smilies.
(3) Choose the smily you want to put into your message.
(4) Write down or copy the code.
(5) Go to where you are going to send your message (e.g neomail, neoboard or guild's message board).
(6) On the way you are typing your message, just type in the smiley code you just write down or copy early on your message.
(7) When you send out your message, the person receive your message will see the smily you put in, unless you type in the wrong code.
