Who To Contact

Being a mall manager or supervisor can be hard that's why we have equipped you with who you need to contact to get things done quickly and efficiently. The following are as follows and need to be addressed!

  • The mall manager and supervisor work together to insure the mall is working as best as it can.
  • The mall supervisor works with the PMC Head of Malls (deificfortheone) to inform him of the malls weekly progress, major changes that need to be made, etc.
  • At the mall managers request the mall supervisor may have to contact the graphics team for a new banner or for graphics help.
  • The graphics team the coordinate with the mallmanager on what changes he/she would like to have made.

    • Before any major changes are made that must go by the PMC head of Malls and then onto the main council. Please follow and respect this rule.

  • Being a PMC Mall Manager or Supervisor is only for PMC members only(unless under exceptions)
  • The PMC Main Council expects the best to shine out of all of our PMC Mall Manager and Supervisors. You are where you are because we know and trust you. And we expect you to do the best that you can!

    Mall Manager's

    What are the mall managers duties?
    Before becoming a mall manager it is strong suggested that you have participated in a mall before.

    Mall Managers are to take out the following duties…

  • The Mall manager is to neomail all of its mall members and inform them of changes.
  • Mall manager's are to know how to change the banners coding and to do so when a new member joins or an update is needed to keep the banner functioning. The mall manager may also have to go through all of the members shops to ensure that the members banner has been updated. (If the banner is not updated within 5 days of notice the member may be removed from the mall)
  • The mall manager is to give the mall supervisor an update weekly on how the mall is doing (ex. Open spots, mall issues, ideas on what could be changed, etc.)
  • In the case that you(the mall manager) have to leave for an extended period of time you must contact you mall supervisor 2-3 days prior to inform he/she what needs to be done. You must pay the nb payments accumulated throughout the week to the mall supervisor so that he/she can post it on the date the normal ad is posted.

    What are the mall supervisors duties?

  • The Mall supervisor is to keep in close contact with the mall manager and keep up on how the mall is doing
  • The mall supervisor is to give the PMC Head of Malls a weekly report on how the mall is doing and what progressions have been made.
  • Mall supervisors are to know how to change the banners coding in the rare case the mall manager needs help.
  • The Mall Supervisor is to think of ideas to help benefit the mall and then pass it onto me.
  • In the case that the mall manager is not available to post the nb ad the mall supervisor would be the one to post it for he/she. The mall manager must pay the supervisor the debts for the post before he/she leaves.
