About: Roy resides on one of the smaller, unknown islands near Mystery Island where he hangs with the small population that lives there. Roy works odd jobs to make small amounts of money which he spends to pay for trips to the main parts of Neopia. Personality: Roy is a pretty boy, obsessed over how he looks instead of everything else in his life. Which probably explains why he's failing everything in school. Roy spends so much time in how he looks and how he appears to other people, that he doesn't take much time thinking about morals. This in turn makes him selfish, unconsciously rude and somewhat snotty. Roy is independent and distant from his parents.

This little dude is just the cutest thing. I picked him up for about a million np, nothing special but we got attached right away. He walks around like he's the king of the world, just like his master! -sniffle- H-he does have a tendency to pee at random times...it's pretty weird. Roselle LOVES fish food, especially things like caviar. I can't understand why, it tastes pretty bad.
