About: Roy resides on one of the smaller, unknown islands near Mystery Island where he hangs with the small population that lives there. Roy works odd jobs to make small amounts of money which he spends to pay for trips to the main parts of Neopia. Personality: Roy is a pretty boy, obsessed over how he looks instead of everything else in his life. Which probably explains why he's failing everything in school. Roy spends so much time in how he looks and how he appears to other people, that he doesn't take much time thinking about morals.
