We are an active guild and just to clear up any confusion here is what we deem as an active member.
You will need to post regularly on the board, neomail is great for private chat but will not help you gain promotions. Occasionally we do have quiet periods on the board, if you notice this, please post, there is usually at least one other member online but just not wanting to talk to themselves, posting will alert people to the fact that you are there, if you dont post no one will know. Also taking part in some of our many activities, there is always something going on in our guild, so join in.

If one of your posts on the guild is blocked by the "angry meerca" try removing all apostrophes and resubmiting the post this will usually let it through.

The guild councils decision is final no matter what!
Always be polite to other members.
Remember that Neos rules on discussion topics and language still apply even though we are an adult guild. Its one rule for all on Neo.
We are an active guild and would like to remain so, if you cannot be on Neo or the guild please let the council know or you may be removed.
Any member leaving the guild will be welcome to reapply to join again but only once.
We do not allow side accounts in the guild, except in special circumstances. So please only apply to join on your main account.
Do not beg for items or neopoints, wether for keeping or lending.
Requests for faerie quest help are welcome but please do not leave any member out of pocket. If a member sends you the item you require please send them a gift of AT LEAST the same value.
Please remember that we are all here to help each other, however any member who abuses others kindness or generosity will be warned/removed and may be reported.
We run many one np auctions and would ask members to bid fairly. This means not always bidding on the most expensive items and if you have won a couple of auctions please take a break for a day or two to allow others the chance to bid.
The giving of gifts between members is our way of showing that we appreciate each other, but that does not mean that you are intitled to a gift just because you sent one. Gift giving is not a requirement of being a member just as no one is entitled to receive gifts no matter what day/event/activity is taking place.
Do not ask or beg for promotions, these are given at the councils discretion.
Lastly, we are all here to enjoy Neo and each others company and to help each other where possible. Please do your best to post any info or advice that may help other members, wether its avatar game hints, knowledge of lending boards, new events or sponsor activities. Avatar Simon
There is a weekly game of avatar simon on the guild board every wednesday at 12PM NST. Everyone is encouraged to play and we give advice on getting many different avatars.

One np Auctions
Many different Members run auctions including Julis Fashionable or Furniture Fridays and Poppies Tasty Tuesdays. There are also daily auctions for all.

Better Than Who?
Every week Kay will post a game and a score to beat on the board. The idea is to see who can beat this score and in doing so help members to get some experience at a wide range of games. This is aimed at increasing members chances of completing Daily Dare and the Games master Challenge.

Avatar Game Challenge
Juli runs this activity by naming a different avatar game each week. The guild then works together to try and get the avatar for the game. We all share advice and guides as well as encouraging each other.

Read-A-Thons

We have four read-a-thons a year where many members of the guild try to read as many books to their chosen pet as possible in the three days it runs. The idea behind this is to get members the book club trophies or booktastic trophies. Some of our members are quite close now!

And also......
We have lots of one off events, gatherings on the board, battledome training, seasonal activities and way too many to mention here. For a full run down of our activities click HERE

The next rank of Corporal is a little different, to gain that rank you will need to have been a long time member and have dedicated a fair amount of time to the guild. It is sort of a loyal user bonus!
All ranks above Corporal are sub-council and council. We wish we could have more ranks for people to work towards but Neo only allow so many.
Promotions in the guild are decided by the council and as mentioned above their decision is final, if they say "not yet" then sit tight and your turn will come.
A final note is that although we all have different ranks there is no distinction between members, Corporals dont get more info or gifts than Privates or Privates more than Recruits. No one gets more just because of their rank.
