Gah, sorry guys. My first reference pic was unaccurate, I messed up the back wing. It's fixed now, hope it didn't confuse any of you. ;x I added another one too. You can see now that the tail's colors are split. SNAP, but I forgot the spots on the wings. GAH, I'll fix it later.

He'll be painted Tyrannian soon! :D
