Welcome to tna_gurl59's lookup award page! Although, i'd prefer if you called me Sylvia (I rather dislike my username).
Since I have recieved so many awards for my lookups in the past...I thought, why not give my own out to people who have awesome and pwning
lookups? Well, I have this list of information for you to read...boring but oh so necessary.
Rules/Info
1) No premades or customs. This includes backgrounds, coding, graphics, and so on, you know the drill=P the only acception is music.
2) I do NOT theme or revenge rate.
3) If you don't win my award, I am truly sorry but take this as an oppurtunity to improve your skills ^^
4) Please do not take my award without permission. That is called stealing, you learned that in kindergarten. If you do steal my award, I have many, many
Oompa Loompa bodygaurds that, in a large quantity, can really destroy your reputation and your accuont (meaning it will be frozen).
5) Finally, I give out two awards, one for a rate of 9/10 or higher, and one for a perfect 10. Please do not complain about which one you recieve...I don't care. If you make
a new and improved lookup that you think deserves a 10/10, I'd gladly re-rate it for you, and if you get a 10/10, I will happily give you that award.

Yes, I know some of the rules are a bit different than what you're accustomed to, but I love learning about peoples' lookups and if they have a moral to them that
