The Basics
Always try and have around 20,000 NPs out and ready to purchase the items. Instead of trying to really haggle the shop owners, just type numbers that are close together. So if they price was 543 NPs you would type, 545 or 555 or even 585, all would get you the item.
It's a good item to keep track of when the last restock was, and it's fun to do with a buddy. Don't over refresh it will get you banned to where you won't be able to restock for a certain amount of hours. If you are banned you will not see any items.
Try not to exceed 10 refreshes per minute.
Always make sure to check the shop wizard for the lowest price of an item once you have restocked it. Pharmacy items sell very easily so you don't always have to make it such a bargain to other players. Normally I'll put my price in the middle of the lowest and 2nd lowest price on the shop wizard.
If you're not extremely familar with selling items, remember that if the item is worth more than, 99,999 Nps it can only be sold in the trading lots so just because you can't find the item you restocked in anyone's stores doesn't mean it isn't worth less..it's worth more.

How often does the Pharmacy restock?
The Pharmacy will restock just like any other store around 6 - 8 minutes but it could be even less than that sometimes. User's like to say that the Pharmacy takes forever to restock because sometimes only one very rare item will restock and it's hard to catch it if another user has sniped it.
