Do you think your site is spiffy enough to win one of these Crystal butterfly awards?
*siigghh* people don't get this.. THIS IS A STORY BASED AWARD!! And due to the number of winners, I'm increasing the expectations a bit!! [/end of rant]Soo.. If you have like one paraghraph of story, don't even try. Not to be rude.. But I hate rejecting someone... Makes me feel guilty O.o
Rules/ requirements that your page needs to follow:
1. At least some kind of picture must be on the page
2. NO stolen pictures
3. A table of some kind
4. Readable text. I will NOT squint my eyes to see your story!
5. No images over 600 X 600 unless it's the layout or is directed by a link
6. Page MUST be hosted on neopets.
7. Stolen layout? Don't even think about it!
8. Don't send me hate mails if you don't win; try again in the future.
9. If you won one of the awards, you CAN upgrade with edits. Due to the people abusing this, you only can try it once every 2 weeks.
10. Be patient with me..if I didn't reply then that means you didn't win. If you think your pet's site definitely deserves one, neomail me again. I might have deleted it accidentally or forgotten.
11. Even for silver or bronze, you pet's story must be nice and long. Remember, I DO read your pet's page.
12. Do not get bright colors, even if your pet is disco or rainbow. Don't make it too bright and kill my eyes
13. I don't play favorites, even to my closest friends, so you don't have to worry about that. ^^
Well, overall your layout must be original and organized. It should also have many pictures. Page pictures should be drawn by you unless fan arts, links, ETC. You must have atleast 20 wonderful (They don't have to be all drawn by you) images in your page, organized and matching with your content. Your story does not need to be very long but should be checked of grammar, punctuation, spelling and such. No broken images (not including links :P). If you have music, put a stop button please. Not everyone has the same taste in music as you.
So you can't draw at all? Well, here's another chance for you to win.
A friends section, or if your pet is truly evil, an enemies section. 15 pictures that can be drawn by friends or plain Neos. A great story (around 5-6 LONG and interesting paragraphs), checked of grammar, spelling, etc. A petpet section (at least 2-3 long and interesting paragraphs) if your pet has a petpet. A family section, siblings, and such (atleast 2-3 long paragraphs), but if your pet doesn't have any, make his or her story extra spiffy (9-10 paragraphs for story then). A table and it should organized. Don't make it too wide unless it's just perfect layout. Same as above, stop button for music if you have any, please.
Pretty much summerizing picture (around 10) and story (around 7 long and interesting paragraphs). You don't need to be ultra good at drawing nor ultra good at stories. Just pretty much balancing them out.
Story and Art balancing out. At least 7 (interesting and long) paragraphs of writing and pictures drawn by you or not drawn by you. A minimum of 5 pictures is required though they do NOT need to be all drawn by you.
Well, since it's the least, there aren't three sections. Your site should at least have a story of 5 paragraphs long.A section for likes or dislikes, etc. At least 4 paragraphs long (pretty long and interesting). 1-5 images by neopets or you, and you don't have a stoppable button for music. No chat language (Things like saying u for you and r for are) obviously. Same goes for L337-speak. Your page should be pretty well organized and make sense. It should at least follow the topic.
Please do NOT steal the awards if you did NOT win. There will be a list of all the winners. You would not be on it if you didn't win fair and square. I also will randomly give out site awards because your page is just plain wonderful. Wondering why I added "long and interesting" to all wrtiting sections? People claim that nobody read petpages. Well, if you have a nice layout, a nice soft music, and an organized site, everyone would want to read your pet's story!

A: I would like to, unfortunately, it's against the rules. Now I don't want my account frozen, do I??
Q: What about trades?
A: First, your picture must be somewhere around mine. Second, you must know how to use the "upload" button. Seriously, someone asked me for a trade but had no idea how to upload a picture O.o... And third, your account must be at least 1 month old, then I can be sure you aren't some evil person that takes my picture and go pooofy.
Q: What's a "Meep/Mweep?"
A: nBn language.. Good for saying "me", means absolutely nothing, (as Alexy says, it means absolutely nothing or absolutely everything, depending on the way you look at it..XDD) and is used to annoy your friends when they plug up your inbox with jelly and rainbow guns XD

A: None of my pets on this account... Over-protective owner alert.. If you are trying to date Tetsu, she's going to bite your head off before you can say the word "date". Cilbee is OUT.. NEVER... NEVERRRR... And Rin? She's my sweet little girl.. No one touches her... Tsu is a lab rat, he/she can change gender at any time..
As for my other account?? Why? Because I need stories.. ;---;... With all this stuff written, I'm running out of ideas.. Pah..
My expectations are still high, however. If you can't RP then nuh uh!

Yes, I actually made a tiny section just about RPs. You see.. I'm pretty picky with them. I hate RPs when they go too sudden..it spoils everything. Then, there's the RPs when someone RPs for your pet.. Meeep, I don't want that to happen! It's my pet, you can't control him/her!!
Last but not least, I like third person narratives ^.^ Also, spelling and grammar MAKE a LOT of difference! I'm picky with even "i" and "I"... A few mistakes are acceptable, of course. X3
