If you have an adoption agency that you run (or an agency that you know is current), please neomail me at my Arrelie account so that I can add it to the directory. If you neomail my Cieque account I cannot guarantee you will be added as I need to keep anything pertaining to Cieque's Directory of Adoption Agencies on this account only (I'm very absent-minded and will forget to add you unless I get the neomail on the correct account and update it as soon as I read the neomail). Please fill out the following and neomail it to me: As of May 9, 2008, extreme petpage applications can no longer be a requirement for pets. This information was include in The Neopian Times Issue 342. What this means is that no owner may require you to do a petpage application for any pet. This does not mean you cannot do a petpage application if you decide to. Nor does it mean the the owner cannot ask you to write an "essay." (All agencies previously in the Petpage Application Only section have been moved to the Detailed Neomail Application section). The agencies in darker green are the ones that I recommend. I will reserve this recommendation for very few agencies. Even if I do not recommend a certain agency, it doesn't make it any less important. There is a total of 212 agencies and over 4,500 pets listed for adoption on this page. The newest agency that I have listed will say  As of May 24, 2008, I have added an area to allow me to mark whether a particular agency also has an area for pet trades. I've also added a section for those that run trade only agencies. I am not condoning the trading of pet, but I will supply the information to help those that are interested in trading their pets. Last complete update: November 27, 2008 Last basic update: December 12, 2008 You've probably realized that I haven't been online in months and no updates have been made at all. I'm an accountant and during tax season everything takes a back seat..even Neopets.:P Although tax season is over, I have recently gotten a job promotion, which means I still don't have a whole lot of time. I've thought about shutting down this page completely, but I know that many people still use it even though it's not updated anymore. So the page is staying. I've also figured that it wouldn't take much time to add new agencies of those that mail me, so I will conitnue to do that. I don't know if I'll ever get the time to actually do complete updates such as updating the number of pets an agency has or even taking out the old agecnies that no longer exist. If you mail me with the info, then I can update it quickly, but I don't have the time to actually go through it alll myself right now. Maybe some day. |

| Agencies in Other Languages top I admit that I am not able to read any other language other than english. I was able to understand some of these pages by using babelfish translator.
