1. PLEASE! BE LITERATE- I hate mispelling and chatspeak - You can copy and paste into Word and use spellcheck -simple yet effective.

2.PETPAGE VS. NEOMAIL - A Huge question. Both work. Note I am looking for a meaningful, honest and unique person to adopt my pet. Good meaningful neomails work well but a Petpage with the same content is worth the same. If I receive a Petpage with two paragraphs vs. a Neomail written out over 1 or 2 neomails that is sweet - I will be picking the neomail! About Petpages- I dont need a fancy background. It can be like this page but with a few pictures! No idea how to use HTML? *pokes Neopet's HTML guide* Also there are lots of people on the Neoboards that can help!

3. BE UNIQUE - Some things that might make it that way are Artwork, poems, roleplay. They all add a special touch that makes your appliccation stand out and if it stands out I want to pick you that much more. I'd like at least one if you can :) but I understand if you can't - again see the disclaimer - I am in no way suggesting that these are REQUIREMENTS to apply for a pet.

4..GET YOUR APPLICATION EVALUATED! It's really a good idea! My guild has a special team who does them and TNO even keeps a log of who actually got evaluations, so you can prove you got one.

5. WHAT IS WAITING FOR THEM? Is your gallery in use? No? Well then put the petpet, books, toys you are saving for your new pet there so I can see them! I'm not looking for a flashy gallery with expensive items maybe just a few books or plushies you're saving?
Is it full? Well then put it all up in a trade and let me know in your application that it's there.
